“Ordered 3 dresses, all the same size but different styles. One fitted but did not suit, one far too big, one far too small. Attempted to call customer help line several times on one day,with query over return. Left 3 messages, none of which were returned. Then on 4th attempt, mailbox was full. Emailed and received an email response the following day advising me that postage info is advertised on website. Was unaware that returns were not free. Paid £3.99 for item to be delivered but cost just over £12 to return same items as tracked delivery, due to weight of parcel. So am £16 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Due to this, I will not be buying from you again”

“Love the lyra style dress which is very flattering and forgiving. The also now have pockets finally 😊. Good quality and long lasting/wearing. No need for ironing either which is always a plus. Sadly like with everything the prices have gone up but there are often offers and sales so it does mean I can still get the odd treat.”

“The dress I received from Lady Vintage was beautifully made and quite lovely. However, I will not be ordering from them again. I did not receive the size dress I was anticipating based on the sizing guide on their website. The dress was very difficult to return since the website could not locate my order based on the order number. By the time the dress arrived and I tried to exchange it, all of the sizes were sold out. By the time the dress finally arrived , I only had one day to return it. I was charged an exceptionally high return shipping fee. I am out about $25 with no dress to show for it. The customer service was timely, but the minimum of support.”

“I will probably not be ordering through Lady V again. The dress I received was very high quality, but the sizing on their US site is very confusing. Their sizing chart includes both US and UK sizes. I added a request to my order to specify what I wanted. Did not receive the size I wanted. It was difficult to return as their website could not find my order. Between original shipping and return shipping, I'm out almost $25 with nothing to show for it. Again the dress was lovely and I really enjoyed the print. I would have exchanged it, but by the time it arrived, it was sold out.”
