“Great service & knowledgeable staff. We purchased our new van in March & couldn’t be happier. Caravan was delivered to our preferred location, set up & instructive tour given. A+ rating from us. We will definitely yse them again.”

“on our first visit to lady bailey we were met by jasper he asked what we were looking for and what layout he showed us some caravans that fitted our request then left us to make our mind up on picking our van it was made so easy to do a deal and get a good price for our old van we picked up our new van in three weeks on change over the new van was explained to us in detail on how every thing worked we are very happy with our new van and would like to thank all the staff at lady bailey”

“The transaction when we picked up the caravan was dealt with very efficiently. The handover was very comprehensive and, despite being seasoned caravan and motorhomers, there is still something new to be learnt. During our first trip away a few very minor things came to light but they will be dealt with when it is first serviced.”

Everything to supplied “as advertised”, the handover was excellent and i was particularly impressed with the aftersales service - had an issue with the TV, which Lady Bailey replaced by courier within 24hrs, without hesitation.”

Caravan was exactly as described and throughout the buying process Lady Bailey continually updated progress on invoices, extras, CRIS etc The handover was the best we have ever had, which was particularly important as we had a 2 year break from touring. The van is in great quality and they even gave two days at a local campsite to check things out all was great.
