“We have just recently taken ownership of our nearly new phoenix 640 from Lady Bailey and the service on day of collection was very good. Particular thanks to Chris and Sarah for the handover. Sarah, you were very thorough and gave us plenty of 'top tips'! Rita in the shop, very friendly and accommodating also. The added bonus of 2 nights at a nearby campsite (to test things out) was most useful, particularly as we live on the Isle of Wight. The biggest benefit of this was the local guy who Lady Bailey use for customer 'call outs', he was very knowledgeable and helpful, an absolute godsend, highlyrecommended.”
