Very friendly and helpful. Jasper was very good and everything went as planned. Right down to the delivery of the van to site on time. A very big thank you to the staff at Lady Bailey Caravans.

From the moment of contact with Lady Bailey caravans and ordering a new Bailey Grande Messina back in March the process was faultless from the outset and I would like to thank all the team involved in making this process so easy and stress free and would highly recommend using them as I certainly will again. Many thanks to Simon who was extremely easy to get on with during the purchase and part exchange, Chris the manager who again was very professional and easy to chat and we did chat a lot and not only about caravans who gave me the confidence that should I have any problems no matter how small they would be dealt with. My new caravan was delivered on time to my seasonal pitch by Lady Bailey caravans and the professionalism still continued up to that point by being towed by a smart liveried vehicle and the driver again very helpful making sure everything was correct upon handover, what more can I say but a great experience as it’s a big investment and the Lady Bailey team do it well.

First time we have dealt with lady bailey. From the moment we arrived to collect our new caravan the team were warm , welcoming and very helpful. The lady who made us tea and supplied my daughter and the dogs with drinks was a lovely warm individual, really kind. The equally lovely lady who took great care to go over every single aspect of the caravan as many times as we asked was wonderfully informative and helpful. Jasper our salesman was very professional and helpful, he made sure all our requirements with the caravan were installed or ready to go with the caravan, absolutely brilliant service. An extra special thank you to the very kind caravan fitter who sorted out the few niggles we had with the van . All in all lady bailey has a fantastic team who offer brilliant service and genuinely want you to be 100% happy with your caravan. Thanks guys👍

Well we did it !! Collected our first ever new Caravan from Lady Bailey in Blandford Dorset on Friday and just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jasper Sarah and Rita you were all so helpful and lovely. They did a thorough inspection before we arrived and it was waiting outside all clean and looking lovely. Stayed the weekend in Birchwood Dorset just in case we had any hitches but pleased to say we had none Would defo recommend if thinking of buying a new or used caravan Thanks again 😘

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sale and part exchange were handled fairly and we were happy with the deal. A couple of queries went unanswered probably because we we trying to communicate from our holiday in France. Overall a good experience and we are pleased with the new caravan.

Very positive experience. Staff lovely, both in sales and in the shop. Everything explained to a complete novice and they were very patient because I have never towed a caravan before and was, needless to say, rather nervous commencing down this road as I approach 80! Loved and appreciated our two nights on the Wareham Forest site where the staff there were equally helpful. I don't think we will be buying another van in the future but if we do we will certainly return to you and our lovely Dorset to do so! Living where we do is lovely but doesn't compare with Dorset!!

Excellent service, very friendly staff, first class and informative handover by Sarah. Would recommend buying from Lady Bailey. Hope after sales is just as good. Waiting for table and ATC from Bailey, hopefully won't have to wait long. Thank you Jasper and staff for restoring our faith in caravan dealerships.

We chose Lady Bailey for our new caravan purchase, by recommendation from some friends. We were not disappointed! Jasper took us under his very capable wings, and after several hours looking around all the various new models, and lots of questions we settled on a brand new Bailey Unicorn Cabrera V. Lady Bailey have gone above and beyond what we expected in terms of customer service. Jasper is a credit to the company. However, everyone who works at Lady Bailey are kind and courteous. We have been suitably impressed and would highly recommend them. Thank you to you all!

The staff were friendly and helpful but the van on was not that clean inside and there was faeces in the toilet so that wasn't that brilliant otherwise very happy with a caravan

What started off as a positive transaction has gone downhill. The offers change, and information was scant. We are still waiting for the return of our hitch and wheel locks which were ' lost ' on the changeover day. After being promised they would be located and sent on to us we have had a message to say that they have been found and awaiting collection.. as we live almost one hundred miles away it has been left with the dealership to return them to us. We feel very let down by this attitude.

I have to say our dealings with Jasper at Lady Bailey could not have been any better. A smooth process from start to finish and they worked around the fact we are not local so van inspections and final swop over was a challenge that was well organised and successful. Highly recommended and i would certainly buy my next van from them.

All the staff were amazingly polite and helpful. Jasper and Sarah on your sales team were very efficient and Sarah went out of her way to help at the hand-over. When we were taking over our new caravan, the workshop staff were on lunch break but Sarah got down under the new caravan and put on the new ‘feet’ for the steadies. Great effort and much appreciated. By the way, the door on the new caravan is a new design and takes two or three goes to close it. It has to be slammed shut and usually after 2 or 3 normal goes. We traded in our Lunar Quasar 2019 which was in immaculate condition being clean and in great working order. Instead of having our motor mover removed which was part of the original plan, we decided to leave it in place and have a new fitted motor mover system from your company for the new caravan. No suggestion was made to increase the value of our caravan. After spending 4 days nearby after the sale, we returned to the workshop with a small snagging list. We received excellent service speedily. Whilst waiting for that work to be done, we wandered around the caravans for sale. I saw our Lunar caravan had been sold! Whilst looking through the windows one of your staff was passing and I said it had been ours. He told me that, unlike most trade in caravans, the workshop had absolutely no work to do to prepare our caravan for sale. That made me very proud. However, I then got a bit upset when I saw the sale price. Why am I disappointed? Well, I know you are in business to make a profit but we noticed Lady Bailey had sold our immaculate Lunar caravan immediately with about a £5,000 profit, no doubt much more appealing for having a working motor mover in place. I felt I had been done. Why am I disappointed? Maybe I should have bargained with you? Maybe I should have shopped around? The experience took away some of the joy and pride I had felt. I know you are in business to make a profit but that was a blow. Mrs Sìleas Culverhouse.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding Jasper and Sarah, we will be sure to pass these on, it is always appreciated when we hear staff have gone the extra mile. I note that new doors can start off a bit stiff, however if you don’t notice this improve over time we will be happy to take a look at this for you, just let us know. Regarding motor movers left on vehicles, we do offer to swap the movers where possible but much like extras on cars, these small extras add little to no extra value to a new customer as they are a used product and their reliability is unknown. I know that seeing the ticket price in the window of your traded in vehicle can come as a shock, however, please do bear in mind that the price in the window does not equate to profit. Much of that difference is used funding a part exchange into book, the VAT, the cost of the PDI (which is required even on well looked after models) and all the normal associated costs of running a business ie. Staffing costs, rent, utilities, insurance, marketing, vehicles etc which would not apply if you were simply selling privately. I hope this explanation alleviates some of the disappointment you may have felt and I am glad that overall you had a good experience.
