“Good choice of vans available with helpful and sound advice from sales staff. Delivered to site as promised on time. Handover could have been a little more detailed and longer. Technical response to a problem early on was fast and thorough and problem resolved satisfactorily.”

“Lady Bailey gave us a good handover. Unfortunately they had fitted the wrong motor mover to our new S5 Cadiz, but to be fair to them they removed it and replaced it with the correct one while we waited. Their PDI was very thorough, the only problem we have found with our van is the front window blinds don't concertina back properly, but that is more Bailey issue. Happy with the service we have received so far and thoroughly recommend them.”

“My Wife and I Just Purchased a Second-hand Bailey Caravan from Lady Bailey, it was our first caravan as we have always owed motorhomes, so we were complete caravan novices, being it was a huge investment for us and again we didn’t understand any of the caravan life, we researched buying one for 3 months and visited pretty much every dealer within a 50 miles radius. We finally decided to purchase one from Lady Bailey. Like I say we have owned motorhomes and have seen plenty of motorhome reps , but the buying experience we had from Lady Bailey was fantastic. The whole process was customer focused, engaged and transparent. Their advice and experience on caravans which they are willing to share goes beyond standard customer service, it really feels like a family run business. I can commend Lady Bailey to anyone with reservation.”

The lady who made us tea and supplied my daughter and the dogs with drinks was a lovely warm individual, really kind. The equally lovely lady who took great care to go over every single aspect of the caravan as many times as we asked was wonderfully informative and helpful. Jasper our salesman was very professional and helpful, he made sure all our requirements with the caravan were installed or ready to go with the caravan, absolutely brilliant service. “Well we did it !! Collected our first ever new Caravan from Lady Bailey in Blandford Dorset on Friday and just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jasper Sarah and Rita you were all so helpful and lovely. They did a thorough inspection before we arrived and it was waiting outside all clean and looking lovely. Stayed the weekend in Birchwood Dorset just in case we had any hitches but pleased to say we had none Would defo recommend if thinking of buying a new or used caravan Thanks again 😘”

“Very positive experience. Staff lovely, both in sales and in the shop. Everything explained to a complete novice and they were very patient because I have never towed a caravan before and was, needless to say, rather nervous commencing down this road as I approach 80! Loved and appreciated our two nights on the Wareham Forest site where the staff there were equally helpful. I don't think we will be buying another van in the future but if we do we will certainly return to you and our lovely Dorset to do so! Living where we do is lovely but doesn't compare with Dorset!!”

“We chose Lady Bailey for our new caravan purchase, by recommendation from some friends. We were not disappointed! Jasper took us under his very capable wings, and after several hours looking around all the various new models, and lots of questions we settled on a brand new Bailey Unicorn Cabrera V. Lady Bailey have gone above and beyond what we expected in terms of customer service. Jasper is a credit to the company. However, everyone who works at Lady Bailey are kind and courteous. We have been suitably impressed and would highly recommend them. Thank you to you all!”
