“Having recently purchased a new Alicanto Grande Porto from Simon at Lady Bailey we would like to say a warm thank you to all involved in a seamless transaction. No pushy sales tactics but plenty of time to make up our minds on whether to go ahead. So pleased we did! “We are delighted with our purchase and have enjoyed two nights at Wareham Forest. However there were a couple of issues that concerned us. The handover could be accompanied by a written check list giving some basic instructions. Understandably not everything can be covered as it is too much to take in. The paperwork that should have been in the van relating to previous habitation surveys was not there but was posted when this was pointed out. Also the chap who took our caravan assured us that a full service would be carried out on the motorhome but there was no paperwork to suggest that this had happened.”

We know handover's can definitely be a lot to take in when collecting and for Bailey caravans we do actually provide a quick sheet as you suggest but with used motorhomes their would simply be too many nuances to cover and instead we tend to refer to the manufacturers handbooks. If you do find yourselves getting stuck with anything just get in touch and we will be more than happy to help. “We dealt with Simon to buy our new caravan , he was very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble as were the whole team ,which I think we met most of them because of our awkward dropping off and picking times , this was accommodated without any problem always a coffee on hand and the whole experience was stress free ,”

“Good communications at the sales point from Simon, and helpful pre-collection about requirements and timing of collection. The handover was good with a knowledgeable talk-through of the van with some useful tips thrown in. This was followed by a pleasant stay at Wareham forest where we had a small problem with the gas which was dealt with straight away by a really helpful engineer on his way home. A few minor warranty issues to sort but all in would recommend”
