“I had the hi fu treatment costing £500. Was expecting a much better experience and outcome. The consultation was very brief with no mention that it did not always work. The before and after photos emailed to me showed there was no improvement at all. They did not offer a follow up consultation- I had to request one. The therapist basically lied and said there was a difference despite friends and family agreeing with me that there was no change. I told her she should just be honest and say it hadn’t worked. Very disappointing results and customer service. No interest in clients at all- just happy to take your money. £500 wasted. Will never go there again.”
