“I moved 5 websites from a different host and the experience was supurb from beginning to end. Every support person and been friendly, helpful, patient with questions from a non-techie and, above all, they didn't stop until everything was working as it should be. A month on, I'm thrilled with the litespeed server and my customers are having a better experience. Couldn't ask for more (except Roundcube webmail - not a fan - but that's a very small matter).”

“I was having terrible trouble migrating a client's website and was getting very stressed, as it was for a re-launch the following day. I needn't have worried as I contacted Krystal's tech support and the wonderful Olesia fixed the problem. She was helpful, patient and knew what she was doing. It's honestly rare to get this quality of support anywhere. So thanks to Olesia, my problem was solved and stress gone. Highly recommend!”

“When i look for help, it's always there in a few minutes. But the one person above all others who excels expectations is Olesia. She is totally amazing. Knows the business inside out, has such a light and breezy way about her communications, and always knows what to do. More that that, she knows the inept customer like me. “I have been with Krystal for more years than I can remember. I won't let anybody I know of, or come to know that has websites stay with their current providers, I have to get them moved to Krystal. I have been working with websites since 2006 and since finding Krystal many many years ago after going through and using so many different hosting companies, Krystal just do things right. Absolute spot on company with great services, competitive pricing and cannot fault them in the slightest. Thank you Krystal!”

“I've got 99 problems but my hosting ain't one. Ben Coleman is an absolute lifesaver - there were some issues with my databases (just to point out this was 100% my fault - lesson learned: don't mess around with things you don't understand!) that knocked out a couple of my websites which Ben sorted out for me on a Sunday via their emergency phone support. For £37 a month, the Sapphire business hosting package is just ridiculous value - yes the performance/spec is top notch but the fact you get to 24/7 emergency phone support with such talented/knowledgeable technicians on the other end who can solve all your (self-induced) website problems is just amazing. Krystal Hosting: 5/5 Stars Ben Coleman: 6/5 Stars”

“Over the past few weeks I have had to set up new websites and migrate emails. As someone who is not very tech savvy the team at Krystal (today it was Matthew) have been patient, helpful and always really efficient at sorting whatever I need help with. “This afternoon I crashed my website due to inexperience and ignorance. The moment I asked for help on the live chat, there was an instant response and the support was fantastic. Not only did Matthew get my website up and running again - I'd changed something fundamental by mistake - but he altered a DNS issue I was having with Mail Poet, which was extremely helpful. He went over and above my initial problem and resolved a much bigger issue. Tremendous service from the tec team at Krystal Hosting. I have had similar excellent response times and support from Krystal in the five years that they have hosted my domain. To be recommended.”
