“Excellent service from Kraken pump dispatched for a next day delivery. However I cannot say the the same for DPD courier. They advised that they would deliver on the Thursday did I not turn up and the same on the Friday. They said we were out. I was home both days. After Kraken on Monday they said that DPD were returning the parcel back to them. Kraken immediately said sent another pump via Royal mail which turned up next day. Thank you for sorting the issue immediately as I had a pump that was failing. Great service from Kraken but please drop using DPD.”
