“In despair about having my handbag mended, I took it to KPA Shoe Repairs who repaired it quickly with no problem for a reasonable price. I was delighted with the repair and will use their services again.”

“My man bag needed urgent repairs and Ajit and his good lady wife took on this job and WOW! how professional they both are. They dealt with me with quality and respect and although this was an almost impossible task did it without fuss and very quickly and were very reasonable i there pricing. I think they will always try there very best to help and do anything they can for there customers. THANK YOU!”

“My partner and I had Carlton and Samsonite suitcases that needed respectively, a new raised handle fitment and a new base plate for the padlock 4 weeks before we were to go to Norway on holiday! Took them to KPA and Ajit gave a very acceptable quote. Had the work done and we've just collected them just over 2 weeks before we go! Excellent service and we're very happy to recommend KPA to others”

“KPA were so professional when quoting and replacing two new leather handles on my handbag. I am so impressed, considering I had already had Thehandbagspa at Harrogate trying to repair it and their repeated efforts were woeful and the handbag was returned without handles and I was out of pocket financially. KPA have repaired it beautifully and at half the cost. Well done to you all and thank you. I would recommend anyone to use this company.”

“I was travelling to Africa but both of my duffel bags were not lockable. Undoing the zips and replacing the zip fastners would have been very expensive. The lady at KPA found an innovative solution that fixed my problem in a cost effective way. Very courteous and fast service. I will not be going elsewhere for my bag repairs.”

“I took my leather drum stick bag in for repair after having no luck with the U.S. company that makes them. They fixed my zip and saved me a lot of money for a new one. Very helpful and friendly staff. I'll definitely take any of my drum cases in for repair in the future. Thanks.”

“Replaced the worn handles on a laptop bag, saved a nice bag from being chucked away. The change is only visible if I look closely for it and the new handles are better than the old. Job done professionally charged reasonably.”

“I had just returned from Chile where I had been climbing volcanos and trekking across the Atacama Desert. I have an amazing pair of trekking shoes which were hand made in France. A (not so) helpful hotel staff member started to clean them up for me. He started with black polish on brown shoes. Luckily I was able to stop him going further. I went to KPA when I returned and asked Adjit for some advice. He was brilliant. He showed me what to do, I returned home, stripped the old polish off and applied the recoditioning polish. After a bit of effort and patience the shoes look better than ever. Thanks Ajit! regards Peter”

“Had two old treasured Brics suitcases repaired (zips, new feet and rivets). This model isn't made anymore but is the perfect size and shape for our travel needs, so we were delighted that KPA could fix them for us. Brilliant job - well done.”

“They have managed to fix my Samsonite cases. I had been told by Samsonite repairs that one of my cases was unrepairable even not replaceable under warranty, I was not happy about it but KPA repaired it! :) I had searched for spare wheels everywhere for ages... my case is still like new and Samsonite spares aren't available anymore for old suitcases... KPA made new wheels for my case, Very impressed! Excellent job done! You have Flight crew new clients. Thanks!”

“Brought in my leather handbag with a shabby looking shoulder strap. The bag is more than 10 years old and will now, thanks to his handy work, last at least another ten years. Very impressed! Amazing quality for the price! Would definitely recommend it.”

“Very pleased indeed with the repair to my lovely Ralph Lauren handbag. The handles on the bag had become so badly worn and looked so scruffy that i stopped using it. KPA did a brilliant job replacing the handles and the bag looks like new again! Thank you so much. :)”

“I recommend KPA without hesitation. My briefcase had a broken lock and had gone back to the Prada factory only to return after three weeks, with Prada stating that they couldn't get the parts anymore. KPA were able to source parts and deliver a professional repair quickly. The communications from KPA were excellent and I was exceptionally pleased with all aspect of their service.”

“I was running around London looking for a place to get my suitcase wheel repaired and had tried one place that said they couldn't do it after doing a google search I came across kpa phoned them and was there withing 20minutes it was so easy to find and the business owners are so friendly and the prices very very reasonable .I'm So happy with the job as it's my favourite suitcase and seems a shame to throw it out. I highly recommend kpa for anyone looking to get repairs and will definitely be coming back again if needs be”
