“I needed a new main long zip replaced on my golf bag. KPA did a terrific job, very quickly and at what I considered to be an excellent price. A local business that needs to be supported-I shall use KPA again.”

“KPA did a fantastic job of repairing both my Longchamp (worn out at the corners) and a vintage Gucci handbag (side had split, new inner lining and I also had the strap made shorter. I had looked on line before visiting the shop and I found both their service and prices as charged very good. Have already started to recommend them to friends and family. A very happy customer!”

“The handle of my suitcase was completely broken by baggage handlers. I took it to KPA and the handle was replaced within a few days. Very satisfied.”

“I found KPA repairs on internet & travelled more than 100 miles for the repair of telescopic mono handle of split-case roller duffel. Very pleased with the amazing & swift service provided by Ajit, probably the only place you can get the bags repaired for a reasonable price ! Highly recommended.”

“Wow, very rude on phone. Unbelievable, must have too much business. Only called to ask if they could engrave but so arrogant on phone wouldn't bother taking my items there”

“Took my daughters Lulu Guinness suitcase To them as the wheel had come off completely. They were very optimistic whether it could even be repaired, but yes they fixed it, what a brilliant job they done. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, I will definitely be using them again.”

“I had my luggage repaired a few months ago by Ajit. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and fitted my 3 bags with new wheels, giving them a new lease of life. It was a relief not to have to get rid of them as they were good brands. My luggage is as good as new now, with years left in them hopefully - especially if Ajit can keep working his magic in rejuvenating them. Very close to the tube station too, so very easy to get to. Thank you very much.”

“My bag was difficult to repair as it was bought in a different region but Ajit went out of his way to get the wheels needed for the job. Really friendly and reliable. The shop is also really conveniently located outside the tube station which was a plus! Thank you!”

“KPA is not local to me but, after reading a few reviews, I decided to send our reliable, old and well-travelled suitcases for repair when I was told it was reparable. I am pleased with the result! It’s also a plus that there’s always someone at the other end of the line when I call (during opening hours).”

“I always bring my shoes to them. So far I have not been disappointed. At first I was reluctant to bring my expensive shoes, but from soles to repair of metal pieces on my shoes it was never a problem! Highly recommend this place!!”
