“I had bought a hydraulic car engine lift in Sept 2020. It failed in February 2021. When I emailed them I had an immediate reply; when I sent a little video clip of the problem they sent a new hydraulic ram the following day. This was fantastic after sales service. Well done and thank you. Philip”

“Unit arrived without the correct fittings. unable to get hold of the service for a refund or to even talk to anyone. Now i am out of pocket as i have to go out and by a another unit.”

“I ordered a dressing table and stool from this company. When they are arrived the stool was totally smashed and the dressing table had two drawers that the front were smashed off. The company then emailed me after i sent photographic evidence which they asked for and then said to me what did i think was a fair partial refund I said 50% because I had two items that were not fit for purpose and then they said no we can only offer 40% and why ask me what i thought was fair, that was fair, you have shipped to items that are completely broken. I will need to spend money buying wood glue, my time, my petrol, then i will get to get nails for a nail gun, again my time my money and then I will have to try to put this back together again and then they had the nerve to offer me 40% which then went down to £30.00 this company is a total rip off, they package items poorly then they arrive broken and you end up paying for their poor customer service. Totally shitty company!!!”

“Excellent switzer tiller, can't rate it highly enough it was put through its paces on land that had not been cultivated in over a decade. Two blades were snapped on very large rocks and the after sales service was faultless.”

“Ordered a really nice bench for the garden for an amazing price, it was delivered within 5 days to northern Ireland for FREE which I was over the moon about. it took only 40 mins to put together and it looks perfect. I am really happy with this service & I am just about to place an order for dining chairs. 5 star service, thank you”

“Chairs turned up next day, one chair got a flaw and one got a longer leg than the other 3, it’s like a rocking horse, sent email and was advised to fix it my self lol , sent further more & no reply’s Phoned the company only to speak to hitler who clearly don’t give a toss Avoid this company, I wish I read the reviews first”

“Bought a fox hunter roller vanity case for my granddaughter to use for ballet dancing items, so not over loaded with weight. The foot bent and tore away from the case like a piece of baco foil. Do not buy from these people, very poor quality. Obviously not built for purpose.”

“I purchased a Westwood Vanity unit (800mm wide) from KMS and have nothing but praise for them, we ordered it lunch and it was here the following day, less than 24 hours for delivery is pretty impressive. I have installed it myself as a confident DIY'er and had no problems at all, the unit itself is well made and easy to assemble, and it looks stunning, very sleek and modern, it looks like something that would cost 3 or 4 times the price, the sink is great quality also, a perfect very modern shape. I was a little dubious about buying online without seeing it but I needn't of worried, it is better quality than I expected, I can't rate this unit enough.”

“Was worried after ordering then reading reviews, but received my dressing table within three days and absolutely love it. Went together perfectly and is stunning! Price was fabulous, cheapest on ebay, with free postage ... Can't moan at that!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY SELL FAULTY FURNITURE THEN OFFER A SMALL REFUND AMOUNT WHEN PHONING THEY WILL NOT SPEAK TO YOU OR LET YOU SPEAK TO A MANAGER TO RESOLVE”
