“I found KIS Finance online when looking for a local company to help with development/bridging finance for a project I was undertaking. I have found their staff to be excellent, they have helped me get the best deals and given me very sound advice whenever i asked for it. “Once upon a time - people used to access all their car and home insurance products through brokers. Then they discovered that they could deal directly with the provider companies themselves - via the internet. Later still, Meerkats and various others started up comparison sites for the consumers to cross-check what was on offer from different sources. For better or worse, this will never happen in the area of Bridging Finance and the reason is that the loan products involved are so complicated and varied that they cannot be reduced to a direct-access, public website. In this area, it takes an experienced specialist to navigate not only the initial choices but also the application process and most importantly of all, to bring the chosen application across the finishing line in a situation where time is often of the essence. Late last year, I surveyed a number of the larger broker companies regarding my need for bridging finance in a complicated situation which involved three different properties. Unfortunately, despite many impressive storefront web sites, I could often sense the potential for later communication problems: sadly too common when dealing with the organisations of Big Law and Big Finance, which are often spread out across call centres, different departments and multiple offices. I can only say that the customer experience with my eventual choice of KIS Loans has been 11/10 from the outset. Jerry Mathews managed my entire application from the first phone call through to final completion. Every call and every email was replied to promptly; if not immediately then within a couple of hours. It was very obvious from the outset that the person that I was dealing with had an in depth knowledge of the products available and the way in which they could be adapted to individual circumstances. It was also very apparent that this competence was based on years of practical experience and that exactly the same could be said of his colleague, Lyndsey Fellows, who advised me in the Buy to Let Area. Both were prompt, efficient, unfailingly courteous and with outstanding professional skills. Most importantly, they were able to save me, the client, significant amounts of time and money, often through their personal contacts within the industry. Having had previous experience of property transactions grinding to a virtual halt in the legal phase, I was particularly impressed with the way that Jerry maintained constant liaison between myself, the lender and the conveyancer in the final stages. Having dealt with a number of big legal and financial organisations in the past, I can honestly say that this small, user- friendly company has outperformed them all in the key areas of customer service, professional competence and the delivery of results.”

“I am really impressed with KIS and the service that they provided me. I spoke to a few brokers and from the start KIS clearly knew what to do and were talking figures that made sense. I had to raise finance to purchase a couple of commercial properties with residential flats above in London. They were being purchased at a discounted price from their true value, plus they all need work. KIS organised the finance to complete the purchase and release further funds to carry out the work. Really happy with all the work that they did for me, without them I am sure that my deal wouldn’t have happened. Can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for commercial finance.”

“We really put the company under serious pressure. I expect this is the quickest delivery of a bridging loan from start to finish. Friday at 16:30 we found out that our buyer had pulled out because of “political uncertainty” What a load of **** that is. We contacted hundreds of companies and eventually found KIS thank god we did. We had a call back on the Saturday and sent all paperwork off to them. Monday they were on it to get a valuation, booked in for Wednesday. I pleaded no good and eventually had the valuation company come out on the Monday evening with a promis to write up the report Tuesday morning. Everything happened on a Tuesday. Then we had to wait for the underwriters, which phoned Thursday morning. A horrible two days of waiting. The underwriters were great and processed immediately. Payment was in our account on the Friday. In reality 5 working days. FANTASTIC!!!!!! All I can say is what a fantastic company and all involved. Valuation Company, underwriters and of course the team at KIS. Thank you so much for helping us out of a dire situation. I would highly recommend this company and it’s team.”
