“We had a very short window of opportunity to purchase our new home so it was vitally important to get our finance in place while making sure we got the most competitive product available. From our initial contact with Jerry we felt we were dealing with someone who understood our needs and the time constraints involved and we couldn't have been happier with the speed and efficiency of service at this stage. Once we made our decision the case was handed over to Lyndsey who while friendly and helpful was a complete professional throughout, and a terrific support to us, especially as the deadline approached and we needed someone to see it over the line. Without Lyndsey's expertise and communication skills we might well have failed but thanks to KIS Finance and their above-and-beyond approach we now have the home we have tried so hard for. “My wife and I, and my son, have used KIS as brokers for several mortgages over the last 5 years to pivot and rearrange our family property portfolio and facilitate our move into a wonderful home with a beautiful sea view. Things didn't always go according to plan on this journey with the property market being particularly volatile over the last 2 years, with some transactions falling through due to factors outside of our or KIS's control, however, KIS staff were continually positive, patient and helpful in re-arranging new lending facilities quickly and efficiently as our targets changed. KIS's service is fantastic, they are very friendly and communicative and deal with inquiries and follow-ups quickly and effectively. My son has used several brokers in the past but since finding KIS he has used them exclusively for the last 8 years and we can see why. “We wanted to buy a new house before selling our current one due to some essential work that needed to be carried out, that also needed us to move out of our property. There were also a few legal complexities involved and we actually believed that what we wanted to do was in fact impossible. Our financial advisor didn’t have any options for us and made some suggestions that would have been very difficult and costly to achieve. We therefore looked for ideas and advice elsewhere, eventually finding KIS Finance. A guy there called Jerry came up with an idea about how we could structure our finances to buy before we sold our current property and also how to sort out our legal issues. It was genius and solved our problems. Everything went through nice and smoothly, so we highly recommend KIS Finance who we found very easy to deal with. “I really cant recommend these people highly enough. Ours was a difficult mortgage to arrange due to complications with the property,even two lots of solicitors threw in the towel believing it to be impossible,but Lyndsey our given advisor stayed with us to the end. Negotiating, advising, investigating every possibility and above all else supporting us through a very difficult time giving us the strength to carry on in spite of my having had a heart attack half way through the proceedings. “We approached KIS for a bridging facility earlier this year to enable us to complete a house purchase prior to the settlement of probate. The application was dealt with speedily and efficiently with the minimum of fuss. Completion of the property was delayed due to other circumstances and in the event the bridging facility was not required. Throughout the whole process however KIS were professional and supportive and I would have no hesitation in approaching them in the future if necessary - I would also recommend their services to any prospective applicants.”
