“Excellent quality and quick delivery!”

“Found the perfect lamp shade to replace an existing shade. Colour and size were good and the price was exceptional. Regrettably, the delivery agent wrecked the shade during transit so I emailed concerns to Lights and Linen and received an almost immediate response ... on a Saturday evening too! Offered a replacement immediately and this arrived yesterday in perfect condition. Thanks very much ... a lovely company to deal with.”
