Only half my order was delivered. None of the email’s explained my order would be delivered in two parts. I had to follow up to confirm when the rest of my order will arrive & 5 days later I’m still waiting.

Hello, Thanks for your review. Whilst I appreciate it may be frustrating that all elements of your Palissade order did not arrive in the one delivery, as we have explained, we had some logistical challenges at our end that made this difficult. Our priority was to dispatch the larger Palissade pieces to all customers as quickly as possible, and dispatch the cushions separately via courier. I can see we received and delivered the main part of your order well within our estimated lead time, and I feel we have communicated with you as best we could. Thanks Lewis
The table was delivered to my block of flats and, as I didn’t put a flat number on my address, the ups driver didn’t press any flat buzzers and just decided to not deliver it - Cost me £7 more to get it re-delivered - complete hassle

Hi James, Yes unfortunately the flat number was left off the delivery address when you placed your order, so this did mean that UPS could not deliver. It is not reasonable in our view to expect UPS to call other flat numbers to gain access to the building, as they would still not have known where to deliver the item, and there is no concierge to accept on your behalf. I did explain all of this to you, and also called you to explain everything, and I left that call feeling that you had understood things from our point of view. With regard to the charge, we do of course have to pay UPS for the redelivery, so given the error was on the address provided we felt £6.95 was a reasonable charge, which covered roughly half of the cost to resend the item. It is unfortunate you felt it necessary to leave this review, but we appreciate the feedback. Thanks Lewis
I felt communication let my experience down. I received initial communication confirming my order and explaining that the order was being made so there would be a wait but then 2 months later I hadn’t had any updates and didn't get a reply to my email and had to follow chasing emails days later. I also couldn’t see a phone number on your website or email signature so I started to panic the order wasn’t legitimate or had been lost. As customer communication is so high as standard now I felt this wasn’t a great experience for me especially as a designer who orders many pieces on behalf of my clients. Otherwise, the website and product is great. Hope that is helpful feedback.
