Hi Caroline, Thank you for your review. I can see we dispatched your order the next day with Royal Mail Tracked 24, however it does look like the item was delayed according to the detailed tracking. Unfortunately there can be small delays with Royal Mail due to the ongoing situation with coronavirus. Hopefully this isn’t a reflection on our service. All the best, Lewis

Hi Faye, Thanks for the review - we always aim to dispatch orders within three working days, I can see that we sent it out on the Tuesday afternoon, the second working day. For RM Tracked 48, from when we dispatch we expect delivery to usually be within 48 hours - but it can be a bit longer. Thanks, Neil

“Lovely products, well delivered. Love your collection!”

“I'm very pleased with the body wash I bought. Perhaps too early to say if it is good value but it smells amazing. It lathers well and I live in a hard water area. Packaging is nice and recycling is easy. Ordering and delivery were fine through Ebay. I would prefer prices on line to include VAT as it is added after packaging is put on. That moved a £16 product to £19.”

Hi Geoffrey, Glad you liked the packaging and the product. All prices on our store include VAT, the product is £16 including VAT. The delivery charge on orders under £35 is £2.95, above that it’s free.
