Poor quality reproduction of a Henri Rousseau painting, absolutely not the museum quality they claim. All detail obscured by splodges of colour, looked like a postcard badly photographed and blown up to print size. Returned for full refund, no apology and poor excuses from them. Don’t buy from this rip off company

Furious that I can’t buy further prints to fit the previous frames I’ve purchased from you. I would like to buy new prints to fit the frames but the size formatting is different, so you have to purchase the print and frame together. Not happy. Have loved all the artwork I’ve bought from you in the past but just want new prints to fit my frames!

I was sent an email from this company after a recent purchase asking for a review. They stated “write a review and we’ll send you a code for 10% off your next purchase. Review wrote, no discount code. Chased up with an email, still no reply. After being happy with the company for my initial purchase I am not very happy with their customer service

Such a disappointing experience, given a picture as a retirement present that is too large for my home, asked to exchange for something else. But told categorically no as it was outside their 30 day returns policy. (I didn’t receive it from work for 30 days). I would recommend finding another provider who have more understanding in future

I’m afraid the quality of the print was very poor. Compared to the version in his book it was blurry, lacked detail and contrast. Very disappointing as my previous K&M purchases have been of much better quality.

I contacted the live chat to enquire about buying a gift certificate. It was the worst type of corporate experience - soulless, by-the-book, a no-can-do attitude. Not warm, not friendly, not in the least bit helpful. 'This is our policy' - ' please note that' - 'we don't do' - 'you can not'. I want to give my daughter the chance to buy something that is £170 but no combination of gift certificates will cover this amount and as I was informed, money left over can't be used. So I have to buy a more expensive gift certificate that will have some money wasted or my daughter will have to pay the difference. Don't think much of that!!!! Why do I have to only buy a gift certificate for a set price? I want my daughter to be able to buy something that is £170 but it's impossible! Very much pointed out that if there is money left

Useless. Bought a print which specified 'with border' on their website. They sent me a print with no border at all, so not possible to frame. Imcompetent.

The Modigliani line drawing copy purchased had been modified from the original by the removal of small but important details such as the right nipple and armpit shadow which changed the impact of the drawing and certainly deviates from authenticity. This is very disappointing.

I'm pleased to see this mail arrive because I had no other way to contact you as I am in Japan and was holding out against phone costs. The thing is, I bought and paid by PayPal for a framed photo from you more than a fortnight ago and delivery from UK is normally within about 10 days. ***What's frustrating is that you do not appear to provide any means of tracking the shipment. I think this is a great failing and unusual in my experience of buying mid- to high-value goods online. The details of my purchase are below, and I would appreciate a response if possible. Very disappointing to see print is off centre and has prominent black band on the bottom with the title of the work. The advertised print on the website shows a completely clean white border.

We do state in the print details, that this print may have text in the boarder and that the print may differ to the image on the website. "Actual product may differ slightly to image above due to variations in supplier stock. ie. Some prints contain writing in the border area." Picture arrived damaged. Looks like some one has trod on it. The staples holding the perspex were all bent and the frame was dented. I'm a very busy man so have no time to mess about returning items. Won't be back for more.
