If I could have left a 0 star review I would have. These lot are at best incompetent, Multiple issues over the length of the contract, glad to be gone, Avoid at all costs!

the Company's Sales man who promised the World Couldn't Deliver on any promises as they Team in Kinex disputed the refund of the BT leaving charges for so long that we decide to give up and make sure to never agree anything with them again we are finally leaving as the 3 year contract has ended its quite a happy day now. Customer serves teams were lovely people who had no power to solve any problems.

The service provided was not at all as described by the sales person. Poor customer service with long waiting time and no response at all to online queries. Intermittent internet was constantly causing disruption to my business. I found this company's communication to be aggressive, we have been receiving numerous sales calls for different products even when we requested to not receive further calls, they continue. Overall, nowhere near the standard of competitors and very aggressive in many areas of their communication/sales.

We had a phone service for approx. 5 years, we added broadband & aligned the two 12 month contracts and the service was good. After 9 months the customer service team increased the prices substantially without our agreement, lied numerous times during discussions therefore in accordance with the terms we advised we are not renewing. All not fine now; they are calling weekly and advising over £300 pound penalty........................ongoing problem. Do not contract with Kinex.

Terrible company to deal with. Sales rep promises to save money and minimum disruption to your service during the changeover. We are without phone lines now for 8 days and counting. Avoid at all costs.

We are taking Kinex to court as in 3 months from logging the fault they still cant fix it £750 cancellation fee. Every time you say you are going to leave they say oh we have not completed our trouble shooting. 3 MONTHS is long enough when trying to run a business...........see you in court Kinex

Kinex are a terrible company . The internet itself is fine for what I need it for in my barbers. But the customer service & company as a whole are terrible! Absolute disgrace nothing but problems from the get go. Nightmare to get ahold of. As Soon as I can get out the contract I will be. Not satisfied at all with them. Would not recommend

Avoid, They rip you off with there extortionate electricity costs. If you want to discuss why its so high they throw there toys out the pram and send debt collection letters. Terrible

How a business can continue to run with such inability to achieve in the most basic requirements shocks us! They have continued to write to us using the wrong customer name, internet is unstable and unreliable as is the customer services or lack of. Charged for the router and charged again on leaving even after returning it and charged after leaving due to an admin error on there part! Complete fail, avoid

Still on going saga 4.5 years, intermittent fault, was told to swap to fibre optic and it would be resolved, 17th August 2020 intermittent fault came back, over billed money not returned to bank but as credit, 5 months and insulting still continued to take even after it had been 'resolved' insultingly rude phone call from them in regards to non payment⁉️, ordered a router 3 times got cancelled by them.but was told to wait in for it, now exchanging emails, from a lady who wears the most amazing rose tinted glasses, who has over simplified my complaints, and seems to think that phone but no internet, phone sounding like a bat cave, now no phone for 3 plus weeks is down to engineer wanting to put main socket in an easier place⁉️⁉️⁉️ er no it has nowt to do with the intermittent fault ask he couldn't get the fault to come up... Probably why its intermittent ⁉️⁉️ head of customer services uses royal 'we' sends lively letters but will not speak to customers....and apparently I am getting uninterrupted internet for the last 3 weeks...👀🙈👀 oh qnd I have also imagined reporting speaking explaining totally 17 plus hours today since 17th august no joke and £50 competition is the offer...generic phone number, can't deal with the same person twice unless by fluke... For a communications company it is jokes, dealing when it comes to a problem is a nightmare, now have to be in the right mind to actually make contact usually on rare days where I have 4 hours free... Absolutely diabolical company

Can’t believe this site has got reviews with 5 Stars ~ just don’t believe it . Awful company / Customer Service is dreadful. They are difficult when you change to new providers . My parents ( elderly and shielding ) were left with no service( broadband or phone at the beginning of lockdown in March ) . We have switched them to a far better company , where the Customer Service is outstanding , I just wanted to warn potential customers thinking of signing with Kinex , or any associated company , to avoid at all costs .

run by a bunch of idiots over charging is par for the coarse will not correct wrong invoices after dozens of phone calls unwilling to let us speak to a manager to get the problem fixed constant harassment from kinex for payment of money that is not due by several phone calls a day staff member (scott) reduced my wife to tears the worst company I have dealt with they don't deserve one star they have not one ounce of common decency

Left Kinex on 17th Aug 2020 and went to BT, I paid Aug and September bill but still getting billed, had four different phone calls assuring me they will sort it out but still getting emails saying I haven't paid for Oct Nov, how many more calls before you realise I left in Aug. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM KINEX ! HIDDEN CHARGES NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, NO REPLY TO EMAILS, NOT ANSWERING CALLS (5 DAYS IN A ROW). OUR BUSINESS PHONE LINE IS DOWN FOR 1 WEEK DUE TO THERE FAULT AND NO CHANCE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM !!!! PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM ! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER. READ OTHER PEOPLE REVIEWS AS WELL BEFORE TALKING TO THEM.

Disgusting, bullying, liars. Told me lies to get me to sign up with them, told me they would be cheaper than plusnet who I was with at the time, only they were double the price, then when my contract with them had finished And I told them I don’t want anything to do with them, they took it upon themselves to continue with the service that I didn’t want and are now bullying and harassing me to pay the bill for the service they didn’t stop. Cowboys, liars, con artists Be very wary of this dodgy company

This company claim to be 'responsible company providing utility services to small and medium business customers in the UK.' But if responsible means mis-selling a business landline and broadband package to an elderly couple (my in-laws) then I really need to refresh my understanding of the word 'responsible'. This despicable company have over-charged my elderly in-laws hundreds of pounds for a business service they don't need. My in-laws are in their late 70s, early 80s and have no idea about any of this, so it should have been obvious that a business service was not what they needed. Absolutely appalled at this, and the fact they feel it's acceptable to charge £10 for a non-direct debit payment on top of the hundreds of pounds they have extorted from this elderly couple. I will be taking this to higher authorities, newspapers and social media to make sure this company never acts in this despicable way again.

Wrongly diagnosed problems over the phone. Engineers sent at a time not discussed and surprise surprise. We were informed they would be with us between 8 am and 1pm. What time did we get that notice? 1:34pm that day! Now been waiting to talk to someone and kept on hold for 30 min... still not spoken to anyone!

Would be lovely to tell you how happy you’ve made my parents - unfortunately I can’t ~ shoddy service ~ don’t touch them ~ they have left my elderly parents without no internet & poor quality phone communication ( if they can get it ) for the last couple of weeks .AVOID AT ALL COSTS
