“I always order from you as it always arrives on time !! The only thing as I have bought from you for 3 years now is the cost of the food and postage is creeping up and up. I know this is the times we live in but it’s becoming alot hard to pay for each time. Maybe look at giving loyal customers , like myself, discount off orders ? Just an idea :)”

We apologize for any issues you have encountered such as your order taking too long to arrive and the lack of customer service. As an Anonymous review we cannot confirm but suspect that the delay in delivery was due to Royal Mail industrial Action at the time of delivery.

“Needed a hard to find dog food and Kimi’s had it in stock. Placed the order and it was delivered a day later. Would 100% recommend and use them again”
