About Kilmarnock Hearing Care:

We are experts in earwax removal using the safe and effective method known as microsuction. Ear wax is usually removed at first visit, with no need to apply eardrops for days in advance and no need t consult your GP. Our ear care practitioner , Greg Clements is registered, fully trained and has extensive ear care experience .

“Visited the Kilmarnock branch today and the young lady I saw was very pleasant and professional however the consultation room looked grubby. It desperately needs redecorated. I won't be back any time soon.”

“My hearing had deteriorated quite badly and I had read all the excellent reviews so decided to have ears cleaned at Kilmarnock Hearing Care when they took pictures of both ears they could see stuff that should not be there in one ear an end from a hearing aid removed easily the other ear had a piece of old wax swimming plug it was a bit more difficult to remove, now I've worn hearing aids for years after procedure don't need them .When I walked outside the traffic noise was overwhelming brilliant.”

“Very friendly and helpful, I suffered for 3 weeks with a blocked ear and poor hearing had stuff from doctors didn’t work at all booked an appointment online @ Kilmarnock got it the same day and after 10 minutes in there came out and my hearing was back to normal”

“I booked in to have both ears done. I had ear wax removed quickly and efficiently and service was first class. Very helpful and very good at what they do. Highly recommend for anyone with any hearing issue this is your place.”

“East Kilbride smelled of wet dog and had dog bed in ‘surgery’ they said they couldn’t see wax in either ear so didn’t do anything and charged me £20 for ‘consultation’ There is nothing on website that indicates this fee.”

“In the beginning of March I contacted the local pharmacy about ear wax removal. I was told there was a five week waiting list. A couple of weeks later my ears had not improved so i put my name down on their waiting list. By the middle of May I still had not received an appointment. A friend told me about the Kilmarnock Hearing Care Centre. I checked this website, booked an appointment for four days later. One ear was cleared instantly, and the second ear needed a return appointment. Alan advised me to come back a week later, but, as I was about to go on holiday, he very kindly came into the clinic on a Saturday for the procedure. I now can hear properly and am very grateful to him for that. I can enjoy my holiday now. Thank you Alan.”

“Booked online. Had courtesy call the day before to remind me of appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was seen straight away. I had everything explained to me about the procedure and it was very quick and totally painfree. Who knew ear drums were blue!! All the staff were friendly, polite and efficient. I wont go anywhere else now! Thank you KHC!”

“Visited on 04.02.22 for ear wax removal. Both receptionist and practitioner were very friendly and informative. Wax removed quickly and efficiently and hearing now much improved. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.”
