Hello Sharon, I'm so sorry you haven't received your order yet. On checking the tracking it shows that Royal Mail tried to deliver on the 8th December and are currently holding it at your local collection point. Ordering experience fine however goods still not received. Appreciate this is through post office strike but nevertheless this, unfortunately, reflects on Kidly.

Hello John, I am so sorry that you haven't received this order yet. It has been too long and I know that is extremely frustrating. Unfortunately between your order and today there have been no less than six Royal Mail strike days (which is really twelve days of disruption taking into account backlogs piling up that they don't have capacity to collect or deliver). We do feel confident though that all orders placed will arrive for Christmas, as we are seeing the success rate of deliveries at the usual high Royal Mail standards, it's just the timings are slow and erratic due to the strikes and ensuing backlogs after strike days. Please don't worry. If your order has not arrived by the 21st we will send it again, subject to availability, via a next day courier. Please simply let our live chat help team know. Please accept my apologies once again. I do hope your order arrives soon but please do let us know if not and we will help. James

In fact, I can now see your order is with the local depot as of Tuesday (but of course they have been striking yesterday and today too) so should be with you very soon. Hello Thank you for leaving a review. Unfortunately there were four Royal Mail strike days in the week of your order, which resulted in your delivery occurring on the 7th working day. Hey guys, the product itself was lovely only I ordered it as a present with a written note. I received it unwrapped and without the note so that was a bit unfortunate as I ordered it at the office to give to a colleague. I bought some wrapping paper and a card myself in the end but I would keep an extra eye out for these details in the future.

Had a great transaction with Kidly however the product I received wasn’t as imaged on the website. The muslin was beautiful but way smaller than expected as it was pictured wrapped around a baby and this was more just burp cloth sized so sadly returned.

Wrong item received, proper order was 3 days late (maybe due to postal disruptions) was very close to missing a Birthday. Communication good and they did respond quickly to my complaint so after sales good

These jelly shoes should have been perfect for our holiday needs but after the first wearing, both children suffered from blisters on the back of their heels!
