“Not sure why I needed to create account just to make one off purchase, and you have incentive of 10% when your (made to) sign up, which i couldn’t use as the item I wanted to buy was discounted! Pointless, don’t worry I’ll be unsubscribing asap!”

“This was a gift for our grandson - part of Xmas present. Arrived in good time and alerts were useful and timely. We forgot to order the tray for the chair so did that separately. Again, didn't wait long and delivered to our satisfaction. I am sure the gift will be much appreciated!”

“Lovely little dolls etc. But stitching was a bit disappointing on eye mask. Kidley given some money back as not time to send back. Smaller than antisipated but lovely concept.”

“Parcel arrived quickly, however because it was packaged in just an envelope the corners of the box were damaged. If the item was for me or for my child I wouldn't be bothered but as it is a gift for someone else I was a bit disappointed. I looked for a telephone number to call you but was unable to find one. Having said that, the actual product is lovely so perhaps just use padded envelopes in the future”

“Very good quality and service and free returns which is great! The colours of the clothing wasn’t as colourful as it showed on the website. Which is disappoiting. So i had to send them back but very good service.”
