“The quality of the clothes is always good but the sizing is variable. I pay for the free deliveries which makes sending back and re-ordering a bit less annoying but it’s still not ideal.”

“Excellent bucket! Reviews say hard to fold down but if it wasn’t then the bucket wouldn’t be sturdy enough. There’s a nack to it - but it’s easy! Great purchase!”

“I have made quite a few purchases from Kidly over the years and have always been very pleased with the range of items, service received, quality of items and price, but my most recent experience is what has caused me to write a review. I placed an order at 17:47 on a Thursday and selected next day delivery but assumed that because I had ordered late in the day that it would not arrive on Friday. I was happy to wait though. At 19:13 I received an email saying my order was ready to be shipped. I was really impressed that my order had been processed at this time of day but still assumed that it wouldn’t arrive in the morning’s post just due to sorting time and any delays in the postal service. However, at 9:43am on Friday, my order arrived! I never expected it to arrive so quickly and it’s a credit to how hard the team work that they are still processing orders into the evening so customers can receive things quickly. I’ll happily continue ordering from Kidly and highly recommend them to others. What a super service!”

“Good range, reasonable prices, well packaged. The communications regarding order status could be significantly improved without having to use online chat. Comms around offers I.e 10% off for new customers always makes me think that returning customers are not as valuable to the company as new ones which does make me look elsewhere to see if I can use someone else and get 10% or more off. I’ve done that this year with things I would have purchased from Kidly which has opened my eyes to other similar companies instead of keeping me loyal.”

“I came across Kidly after one of my friends mentioned hearing about them and being impressed. At the time I was searching for Christmas presents for my 3yo cousin, so thought I’d take a look. After a short while browsing, I ended up buying a range of different things from the store - there’s so much to choose from, all at reasonable prices too. Delivery was super quick and all items were packaged up safely and securely to ensure no damage whilst in transit. After inspecting the items upon arrival, I can safely say that all products purchased are absolutely fantastic - really high quality and worth every penny. I will be buying from Kidly again and recommending to friends/family!”

“Great products received including these pyjamas (that had to be worn with wellies on this particular occasion for some reason...) Not only were the products lovely but delivery time was fast and everything was wrapped in environmentally friendly products. I would definitely recommend Kidly.”

“Bask away!! You have all the bases covered at KIDLY and know how to market in an awesome way. I was looking for a website for our little 14mo grandson who has mostly everything so I typed in "exceptional toys for children" and straight away you came up without having to trawl for an hour. I thought aawohh.. going to be pricey... Not!!!! I found the ukelele and equally beautiful & innovative verti👍 xylophone straight away and the task was done. You said next day delivery, gave a precise time and delivered it exactly as you'd promised. Your packaging, right down to the little artistic box for grandson's ukelele was an artform. Even the brown carton was a beautiful shade of sunset peach inside. He plucked the uke strings and then got down to real play and climbed inside the box! 😂”

“I recently came across KIDLY and I have to say It is my favorite website for my little girl. I love what they stand for and that they care so much about the customer and the products that there selling. I really believe in their vision . They deliver outstanding customer service , the best I have ever experienced. They are quick to help with anything you need and they are super friendly. They have staff online at all times which is amazing. I love the fact that this website was created with the regular mummies and daddies in mind and they care about what they are selling us for our little ones. Nothing but the best . The quality of the items I purchased we're outstanding . I loved what I purchased and When my friends and family members start to have children I will be recommending this website to then as well as purchasing gifts for them . I now regularly want to shop here because I know I am getting quality products and I want to support a great company like KIDLY.”

“Kidly offer amazing products that are great value for money and well designed. I am a creative manager in a digital ad agency as well as a new mum and have been fed up of how much cheap plastic nasty looking toys and children's items are on the market. I love how Kidly hand pick products that look great and are practical and functional too. Also, Kidly's website is AMAZING! Browsing through it just pleases me because it is so well designed, responsive and aesthetically beautiful to look at. From a UX point of view, it ticks all the boxes and more. Love love love the website! Thank you Kidly, my first order will certainly not be my last!”
