disgusting company - bought a car seat online - never got delivered - no customer service number available to chase up - quick to take my money - yet still no car seat - shocking service - thiefs - damn THIEFS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THERE A SCAMMING JOKE

i ordered a stand and a moses basket on 29th febuary on the 3rd march only recieved the moses basket, emailed to see where the stand was and kept getting delayed from customer service team saying that rhey was contavting the courier, supplier etc. after delaying me for almost a month i finally recieved my stand today a month later!!! disgeceful customer service!! i will never be using kiddicare again and i will be advisig peoole i know not too either.

Fantastic service. I ordered a baby gate and they said it would be 3 - 5 days delivery. Had an e-mail and text later in the day to say it would be delivered the next day and it was.

Shocking Customer Service, it all started great until they decided not to respond anymore. After some searching on their Facebook page, another dissatisfied customer found out they are under an umbrella company called World Stores 03447790030. They sent an email for me to the management team at KiddiCare - hopefully I will get a fast response.

Awful customer service from both Kiddicare and Hermes. Ordered items two weeks ago and no one is responding to me. Hermes stating that parcel was signed by customer but anable to provide signature. Will never use Kiddicare again. This has happened on 3 occasions now. I was told Kiddicare would get back to me within 24 hours, and this was 5 days ago.

Negative 1000 STARs! (-1000) DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! Worst customer service ever, ordered goods on 3rd Feb they still have not been delivered weeks later! merely emails from a so callled customer service rep to advise the delay was not the fault of kiddiecare, they continually blamed the supplier! There has been a string of broken promises from the Kiddicare Customers Services rep in regards to the order finally arriving - the delivery had been confirmed and reconfirmed with a customer service rep multiple times only for me to be advised when I followed up days later that something had fallen through and AGAIN the package has not been delivered. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering, Kiddicare are a joke I will be taking this further with the consumer affairs until I get a resolution!! BUYERS BEWARE !!!!

I ordered and paid for two car seats online for next day delivery, showing in stock. After a couple of days I enquired to find out where they were, only to be told they were out of stock amd discontinued. I'm not sure when they were going to tell me if I hadn't asked. That was bad enough but the emails that followed were a joke, except I wasn't laughing. Eventually it became apparent they didn't care about the inconvenience caused so I asked for my money back, I had to ask a further two times before they agreed. Now I have to wait up to 14 days for my refund. I never imagined customer services could be this bad. I'm still waiting for some cocky TV celebrity to tell me it was all a wind up.

Ansolutly rubbish. Placed order typing in address etc all detail just to be told that INVERNESS SCOTLAND was not mainland uk!!!! I have yet to embark on any journey to the rest of the uk with the need for a boat or plane! Since when is the highlands of scotland not the mainland of the uk?! Asked kiddicare and have had an automated responce which they then asked me to rate!? Just a joke and insulting there customer service is rubbish!

I placed my order on 10th Feb 2017. The email I received that same day stated it would be delivered in 2-5 days. After 5 working days I contacted kiddicare to find out when it would be out for delivery as I still hadn't received an email to say it was despatched. Kiddicare said they have contacted the supplier and they informed them that they do not have the items in stock and that more were due in at the end of Feb and I would receive my order at the start of March. Still no item or depsatch email on 2nd March. I contacted kiddicare again... to be told that it would be back in stock on the 17th March and received a text on the same day saying my order will be fulfilled on 21st March! If this isn't poor customer service then I don't know what is. I placed my initial order on 10th Feb and now I have had no other option other than to get a refund!

***poor customer service/still awaiting refund!*** I purchased a breast pump from you which was faulty, not really an issue as I'd expect to be able to return it. When I first emailed in(there is no phone number that works) so email it was, I was asked to either send in a photo or VIDEO of the fault, as I had mentioned in the previous email the fault only happened when in use therefore I found this reply absolutely disgusting there was no way I was sending in a video of the fault, anyway that being said after numerous emails later I had asked for a refund as I could not wait any longer for a new pump, as it was the only way I was feeding my little one breast milk! Following the email confirming I could have a refund you asked me to send details for you to collect the item, not a problem I sent everything over with a preferred collection date, one thing that did happen correctly was the item was actually collected on that date, but then I received an email to say that a parcel is out for delivery yep a new pump was delivered that day after clearly stating that I wanted a refund, Again trying to get through to you on the phone which were still not working It was back to the tedious emails, it took a few days for a reply which came back basically saying that this was all my fault. all I wanted to do was send back a faulty item for a refund why was this so hard! Well then came an email with only a link to how I send back the item I never asked for, which to my dismay I now had to pay for recorded delivery. Really not impressed about paying but now I'm glad I did pay for recorded as I can see that you have received the item, there has been no response to the fact that you have received it nor to my email asking how long it will take for you to refund me! Please could someone explain to me why this process has taken so long and when I will get my refund as you can appreciate with a new born this is really not something I want to waste my time on!!!

I order a product from this store a few weeks ago, I cancelled it due to not being happy with my order, so I asked for a refund and sent the product back as delivered to me in the original packaging. I was told I would have to pay £20 charge for cancellation so would not get the full refund, after arguing for days with the advisors I gave up and settled for the rest of my money being transfered as soon as back to my account, this was 3 weeks ago, I have called on several occasions and have had to wait over half an hour to get through then been locked off the line, I have emailed on many occasions just to be ignored or replied back to after 5 days. The only fast response I received from them is when I agreed to pay the £20 charge and that came the same day. So clearly selective replies. Very unhappy with this company, will have to refer this further if I do not get a reply for my chase up chase up email

If i could give them 0 out of a billion i would. I bought one of there mooch travel system for my new born, first the wheel kept locking and the buggy wouldnt move. Contacted them they sorted itwithin 7 days. Few months later the buggy wheel kept rolling off whilst pushing the buggy on smooth surfaces. Once again contacted them they booked in a courier and sent me confirmation text and time slot. Each ine i waited in no one turned up, contacted kiddicarr who kept saying 'you failed to give the item to the courier' i asked when the courier came, they cant provide any details. Now its 3 months later guess what 5 couriers booked still no one turned yp, on the 3rd courier they kept saying you will have to pay £15 as the courier keep coming and you keep rejecting them'. Now it reached a stage of where i said i need a refund, they stated yu need to return the buggy first plus it been awhile so we have to give a credit note. There whole communication is well annoying as there is no good service coming from them. I am still awaiting there courier to come.

DO NOT SHOP HERE Placed an order previously that never arrived and was given no communication as to why . I had to chase them via email as they have no contact details and all I got was an apology and a refund after waiting for 4 weeks. I then placed a small order last week thinking they cannot mess this up it was next day delivery . 7 days later .... still not here I have been emailing back and forth and asking someone to call me but nobody has . They said the delivery was given to the wrong courier and they do not cover my area anymore !!! They then said it will be with me in 48 hours with a different courier and still nothing . Have emailed them this morning to cancel the order . They are a Complete waste of time

I read reviews after I had placed my order & started to panic. There was no need. Ordered nipple pads, baby bottles & baby sleeping bags. All 3 packages arrived in good order and early.. so from me no complaints

It's a shame I don't have the option to give no stars as I didn't want to even give one!! This shop is a joke don't order from them as if it comes damaged like mine they do not want to give you a refund. I sent back my items I payed for express tracked delivery and the item was signed for by kiddicare 2days later. After not hearing from them after a week I contacted kiddicare by email as they don't have a phone number to speak with them direct, which is convient for them. I was made out to be a liar and they had not received the item back and asked me for a copy of the receipt. Obviously hoping people send things back and unforchantly don't track the parcel so they can say they haven't received it. I fortunately had tracked my parcel when I sent a copy of the receipt over proving it had been signed for after two days I herd nothing back I emailed again 3 times and still nothing. I finally contacted pink lining at the world stores and spoke to accounts and the lady said she would get someone else to email me after 2days they did and finally 1 month later I received my refund. All I can say Is what a joke of a company order from someone else they arnt cheaper than other people so stay clear!!

Can't be bothered to rant about this joke shop of a company but much like all the other reviews on here we ordered an item (child seat) that we were still waiting for over three months later with no correspondence back from them at all. After chasing it up and the baby having been born 5 weeks ago we were strung along further before finally calling time on their shambolic service. Now the refund is been made even more difficult then it needs to be.

I am gutted that still after 14 weeks we still have no nursery furniture delivered and with my baby due in five weeks we still have no answers, no one has called my partner as promised and one person has emailed us saying our order is cancelled and a refund has been issued of which we have received nothing and no acknowledgement or confirmation. We have also had emails which say we can still get it delivered. You refuse to answer any calls and only deal with issues via emails. We spent over £1000 with you to get our nursery kitted out and your customer service is appalling. I have managed to get in contact with your suppliers directly so I know exactly what is going on their end. Why can I not get any answers and why does no one seem to want to resolve this matter with urgency, do you not realised how hormonal a 35 week pregnant woman who cannot nest before her baby is due ? Shame on you kiddicare.

I ordered an item which cost me £31 including postage. The item unfortunately wasn't right. I then went to post it back and was informed at the post office it will cost me a further £12.90. When I emailed Kiddi Care they were very unhelpful, and could not offer any other method of return. BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING!!!
