I ordered x10 packs of ostrich steaks, venison steaks and several buffalo steaks and wild boar steaks. I am utterly disappointed in the Ostrich meat. This has been severely overcooked and is very tough even before cooking and definitely was worse after heating them for a few minutes as directed by the cooking instructions. Also the buffalo steaks where very fatty and had lots of fatty streaks in them. Very disappointed. The Venison steaks where poor cuts and had lots of fat attached to them including skin. I'm sorry to say I've purchased better quality Version steaks and Ostrich from Tesco previously. All these meats had been defrosted for over 24 hours in my fridge. Overall quality of products where disappointing. But this is the problem with not being able to choose your own products like you can from the supermarkets.”
