"After a winter covered in a Kettler cover my mini fire-pit table top was scratched. I contacted Kettler who within 1 hour responded that they would replace the table. \r\nThe next day a date for delivery was arranged for the replacement and it was delivered on the date promised. \r\nUnfortunately, 1 of the glass screws arrived without a thread - once again following an email to Kettler, a replacement screw was in the mail. \r\nI cannot praise Kettler support enough for their prompt service and efficiency."

“I recently purchased the Elba recliner & footstool from a garden centre. When delivered I couldn’t manage to make it recline , Kettler immediately sent me another piston. Again no luck at which point Neil at Kettler very kindly sent one of their guys on a two hundred mile round trip . Karl rang me to say what time he’d arrive . After a bit of jiggling around he managed to make the necessary adjustments and now I have a wonderful functioning recliner. The service on my issue has been outstanding, it was absolutely no quibble , I was told they’d fix it and they did. I’ve always purchased Kettler garden furniture this was my first problem however, now I know if you have an issue this company go the extra mile to help.”

“We purchased an Elba table and six chairs via garden furniture.co.uk at a cost of £1599.00. We had issues with the delivery timetable and had to make numerous phone calls to chase our order, call backs that were promised were never received. One chair out of six badly damaged, the replacement yet to be received. The table arrived separately today and as much as we like the design the woodwork is not of a good standard; I doubt the wood is actually teak and is a very poor grade if it actually is, the slats have been heavily sanded and circular abrasions are still very obvious it has a poor surface finish, filler has been used to cover up a very heavy and open grain (not a feature of real teak which is an almost grain free timber)and to fill inaccurately cut joints, this will all fail when the weather takes its toll. Some of the machine screws were impossible to tighten without WD 40 and cleaning metal fragments from the threaded female part of the table to leg joint. In my opinion this range of furniture is over rated and overpriced for the quality of the items we received. Even the Kettler brand label wasn’t applied neatly and that pretty much sums up this slipshod offering. We would not recommend nor would we buy any other furniture from Kettler.”

“The pedals I ordered was unfortunately not the correct ones for the Kettler Safari GT Orignal Kettcar.The fitting is completely different. Your advice is required as to returning the incorrect ones and if possible replace with the correct pedals. Thankyou”

“Hi, delivery of our sofa was very easy and we’ve had our garden sofa for a year and still looks brand new !! We use the cover for it and our cushions go in a garden box . Very comfortable and great quality , looks fantastic in our garden with the bifold doors open and lights & candles on in the evening , we had an issue with our table which was replaced immediately with NO questions asked !! When guest come around for a BBQ the Kettler garden furniture is always the highlight of the conversation. It looks great the quality is clearly superior to other garden centre furniture. “Very good cover just a little awkward to get over the fire pit, a couple of millimetres bigger around the fire pit would make it so much easier. The water also pools on the top which could easily be fixed if the sides from the fire pit where shorter and the cover the sloped to the outer edge. (See picture)”
