“At first, I was disappointed that it was white in color while we had looked at signature model in a garden shop which was black. On the website, it didn't specify color. But now after a week of using it, it looks lovely and very comfortable.”

“Wanted to order a pair of garden chairs but it wasn't clear on the website if the price was for a single item or a pair. Contacted Kettler and received a very quick and helpful response from the Customer Service Manager confirming the price was for two chairs. I place an order the same day and received the chairs 5 days later. Very impressed by the helpful customer service, the speed of delivery and the quality of the chairs.”
