“We were looking for replacing our front double doors and looked up several companies in the Midlands and finally found KETTELL who from the first contact were very friendly knowledgeable and informative without being pushy to get a sale. They managed to fully meet our requirements and ordering and finally installation process was immaculate. We were so pleased with the whole process and have no hesitation in recommending the Company for their work ethic.”

“We are delighted with our new front door which was made to measure, as the space was too narrow for the standard sized door. The fitter started late at our request and worked until 5.30 pm although his usual finish time was 4 pm. However, he took time to clean up after he had finished and did an excellent job. The front door bell ceased to work when it was screwed in but a colleague came the following day and sorted it out with no fuss.”

“The workmen arrived bang on time on the day expected. Their work was very good and cleaned up after the work was finished at the end of the day. Work was carried out professionally by them, the only thing that lets them down is we did not receive an acknowledgement letter of a verbal agreement to start date or a courtesy call a day before to confirm.”

“Had Kettell replace an old sliding patio door with a new uPVC French doors. The whole process from initial contact, quotation, ordering and fitting was very efficient. The fitting team were friendly and very professional, leaving the area clean and tidy, along with a great installation.”

“Kettell installed windows and doors at my house . The experience from start to finish was excellent . I was offered a range of choices and was kept informed of the installation process . “Excellent from start to finish. Ben came over to quote, then we went to the open day, he helped us with lots of advice. It's great being able to see the products and colours before choosing. Installation team very friendly, efficient and tidy, despite awful weather. We did have to report a fairly large scratch in one of the windows, luckily this was outside GGF guidelines and has been replaced. (look up GGF guidelines before you purchase, I was not aware that some faults in glass are acceptable) All the guarantees and paperwork arrived as advised. Very happy customers.”

“Buying new windows from Kettell Windows has been an excellent, seamless experience from initial contact to fitting. A representative called to the house and listened to our requirements, nothing was too much trouble and we were presented with two options based on what we'd asked for. There was no pressure to sign up which was very refreshing. We were kept up to date about every stage, from survey to fitting. Our fitters arrived promptly and immediately set to work laying cloths to protect the property during fitting. The fitting team were friendly and approachable and worked hard to get the windows fitted in a timely fashion, clearing up after themselves as they progressed. Their attention to detail was excellent and we were given thorough instructions on how to operate the windows once fitted. We are delighted with our new windows ...... thank you. I'd recommend Kettell Windows without hesitation.”
