“New Composite front door and back door. Having read reports of pushy salesmen and poor workmanship from some of the larger national companies, we decided to use a smaller family-run business. We don't regret this decision. From the hospitality and friendly (non-pushy) reception and helpful advice we received on our visit to the showroom, to the completion of the fitting, only 4 weeks later, we are unable to criticise any aspect of the procedure. The fitters were friendly, polite and professional and put a great effort into clearing up at the end of the job. We would recommend Kettell Windows without hesitation. Thank you all for a worry-free purchase.”

“Kettell has been friendly and supportive of giving us both information and space to make decisions. They have been so easy to work with and quick to reply when we have reached out for more information or the extra questions we had. All the staff we worked with came across with energy through enjoying their jobs which helped for the multiple-day installation we had with multiple people coming and going to fit our windows to a very high standard.”

“Really helpful, honest advice when choosing which door to go for. The fitting date was quicker than expected and the guys that came to fit were great. A very high quality finish down to the caulking. Even had a call from the office after to check we were happy. Would 100% recommend.”

“We are so pleased with our new front door. We visited the showroom and there was plenty of choice and great advice. Fitting of the door only took less than a day and it’s made such a massive difference to the heating in our hallway. Really pleased with the end product.”

“The whole project was made easy from first contact to the end of the fitting. We are very happy with the products, we had 11 windows, rear door and front door fitted. The team involved were professional, helpful, friendly, very tidy and most importantly mindful of your home. A big thank you to the lads it was very much appreciated. There was no forcing of a sale on any item and Ben was most helpful when it came to the front door area. A door and side panel was not an easy task and he helped with backup ideas in case our original requirement could not be met which as it turned out was doable. The trickle vents are great, we can now ventilate the house in all weathers even when we are not in the house keeping the house secure and the moisture levels down.”

“Amazing from start to finish ... meeting Ben who had passion and knowledge on the style of door our house needed and pointing me in the right direction with a few tweaks ben you know lol. “We were recommended Kettell by a friend due to their excellent expierence when purchasing a new door for their house. Their friendly sales team greeted us to discuss our requirements and we instantly knew we were in good hands. They made the process of designing and visualising our idea extremely easy, making recommendations based on their experience. The family-run aspect of this business shines through. Installation of our new door was as pain-free as the sales process. Our fitter did a fantastic job and left the space tidier than when he arrived. We are over the moon with our new door and we cannot recommend Kettell enough. They will be the first company we contact should we ever need any windows and doors in the future.”

“From start to finish the whole team were excellent. I had two bay windows fitted and it was an extremely difficult job but they overcame every issue. They are not just window fitters ….. they are plasterers, renderers, woodworkers and painters too! Such a brilliant job, I was very impressed!”
