“We purchased 2 beautiful lights from KES lighting . The experience was second to none, from the sale to the after care I could not fault the service we received was brilliant . Sharna was amazing when dealing with our queries and I received a prompt reply. We will be visiting the store again to buy more from KES Light and are happy to travel from Oxford as we rate the products and service so much.”

“Good service. Lovely ceiling light. Yet to be fitted but so far very happy. A few of the glass pieces (spares) were broken on delivery. Good customer service to replace.”

“We purchased a Mantra allisio fan from KES as we liked the style and the reviews. It was also the cheapest around. Delivery was swift - especially over a bank holiday weekend. Installation was easy and we liked it so much, we ordered the same again in a mini version for the kids room. Again, swift delivery and easy installation. KES have provided excellent service communication and value for money and will use them again. Highly recommended”

“I would like to thank the KES team for their great customer service, professionalism and quick delivery. I ordered two items and both arrived as expected. I called both time and spoke with the team to get the exact delivery date. Both times, they were very helpful and assisted me with my request. Thanks again.”

“Order two items, they ship only one. When the items finally arrive, one is damaged. Three emails requesting resolution are ignored. Finally a phone call is necessary to wake them up and I am promised a replacement part (that I will have to fit myself) in three or four weeks. 10 weeks later I am still waiting. I'd rather sit in the dark than buy from these people again.”
