“I recently purchased a very lovely light from Kes. Unfortunately, there were some defects to the glass. KES (Particularly Shane) acted very professionally and organised the replacement items as well as organising courier to collect. What was most impressive is they stayed in touch and got it sorted. Very refreshing. Shane is a credit to the company. KES well done for picking a great team”

“A very stylish ceiling pendant light. Looks great and provides a sparkling centrepiece. The only downside is the assembly process…. Be prepared for 2 hour assembly before you can start installation. However, quality is good and it is worth the effort in the end.”

“These chandelier lights were just what I wanted. I needed to replace some antique gilded wooden chandeliers as they had seen better days. These chandeliers look so good in their place and I am very happy with them. It is also so useful that they come with the pleated lampshades.”

“This looks fabulous in my dining room; it's got all the bling you would expect. Unfortunately it arrived with two crystal droplets missing although Sharna at KES Lighting Customer Services arranged for these to be sent out by post the same day that I informed them of this. Their service has been exemplary and I would certain recommend them to my family and friends for all their lighting needs.”

“Good product & all things being equal (Covid, Brexit etc) they did a good job of supplying the light fitting within a reasonable timeframe. Better communication in the first instance would have got them 5 stars. Would recommend & we love the light!”

“Brilliant company to deal with. Excellent service, I wanted two wall lights and they had been discontinued but one of the girls sourced them for me. I would highly recommend this company. I cannot remember the girl I dealt with, but she was outstanding and so excited that she had got the lights for me.”
