“This is the second propagator I have purchased, hope this one is better than the last one as it stopped working after only three years , not very happy”

“The delivery arrived in time but several of the ends of the fence panels were bent and damaged. OK we could of complained and sent them back to have the same thing happen again. So we repaired them ourselves but have pictures to prove the damage if required. Nice fence and looks neat! Regards Nick”

“Ordered metal fence with fixings and posts, the price was really good after shopping around found these were the best value. Delivery was quick although the delivery company let them down, as the delivery driver was very ignorant and rude while he was delivering the fence, he was talking on his phone through ear pod’s totally ignoring my wife then showed her some paperwork and said sign then walked off”

“Cannot fault Keen Gardner, The quick delivery and the two free gifts were appreciated however, the product was awful...missing a part(bar for the back of unit) and trying to get the screws to screw in left me with blisters. The product itself is flimsy and to be frank not worth the money.”

“The delivery was bad got no text or email saying it was being delivered on such a day it was just dump on my drive way for anyone to just pick up and walk away with it . This is to due to the delivery company not keengardener ,but pleased with bench easy to fit together.”

“Product was as advertised! delivery updates were sketchy. No info that was received was correct and as if by magic on a random day it arrived. Lucky we were home. Maybe a tracking number that works or if the courier was to actually call me to arrange delivery as specified maybe a higher score would have been achieved.”

“Disappointed that the item was not the newer 950 watt model as advertised ...... I was sent the 1000 watt older model. Probably not much difference but it is a bug bear of mine when I spend my time trying to find a very specific item only to find inaccurate advertising by the seller. You did ask for my feedback.”

“Quite nice, if a bit plastic appearance. Quite difficult to set at the right time and with the right bird sounds, and annoying that it doesn't appear that you can delay the start of noise in the morning: not many people want loud (and yes it is loud) birdsong at 5 am. However, I'm sure my grand-daughter will learn how to tell the time, as long as her mother removes the clock from the wall every night.”

“I have been very pleased with my communications with keen gardener and also by the promptness of the delivery of our shed. The structure is more flimsy than I envisaged and didn't cope well with wind that arose as I was constructing it. The most difficult aspect was the construction plan, which may have been ok if we had chosen the arrangement that was illustrated, that is is with the pent roof dropping to one particular side and the door positioned at a particular end. However we needed a different arrangement and it was very difficult to mentally adjust the plan and associated part numbers.”
