“My greenhouse arrived on time and I was kept well informed. It was a bit fiddly to put together but I’m a 72 year old lady and managed to do it myself although it was a two man job taking my time and making sure I followed the instructions exactly. My son helped me to fit the door and window the only thing I found a bit difficult was the plastic bits that you fit on the base that keep the glass in place in fact three of them broke when I was trying to put them in. I’m three short but the glass seams to be staying in place without them.”

Hi Annette, I think you may have mixed us up with another company, we do not sell live plants and your order was for a Hozelock 30m Wall Mounted Reel, we hope everything is ok with this item. “Great company having been scammed by 'Garden World Online UK' do not touch them with a barge pole - we were fortunate and after a few days and threats to trading standards plus checking out companies house and Rip Off Britain they refunded the full amount back to my wifes credit card. We purchased a Palram Canopia shed it was delivered on time and all good. We had a tradesman build the shed for us to alleviate a divorce !! Fantastic shed but more importantly the company are great always respond back to queries etc. Will use them again for a new small lean to green house when we get our next pensions thank you team keep up the good work supporting the UK”
