Only one item was in stock. The second arrived bashed in and I am still waiting the remainder. All appeared to be in stock at the time of the order

Apart from failing to deliver on the day they stated the bin store arrived 3 days late the fact I took a day off irked me a lot The timber is rough cut and in my opinion should be smothed/sanded better. the screws supplied for external use are not rust proof. So in general it is what it is, in hindsight I should have bought treated wood and made my own

Took a week to deliver shredder. When it arrived box looked ok but on opening wheel was broken. No quibble on replacing but took another 10 days to deliver. Box on arrival was wet. Have kept unit and hope it is undamaged Strongly suggest you look at your transport arrangements.

Item did not arrive, rang and someone was going to track parcel and ring me back. They didn't ring back. I rang again and apparently the parcel appeared lost at the couriers warehouse. I was told another shipment will be at keen gardener in 2 wks time and my parcel will be sent again. I do hope so

Item bought did not have Wilkinson Sword logo or packaging - could be any cheaper make!

Dear Carole, I am sorry that you are disappointed, we have looked into your issue and at the time of ordering the item ordered was clearly advertised as just the table top barbecue excluding the stand and the price of this was reflected by being reduced significantly to the stand model, if you require a stand you can of course call us on 01789 763 336 and we can provide a price. I was searching for a new patio heater and saw one on the Keen Gardener site. This was advertised as in stock and when i called was told to expect delivery with 5 days, this was perfect as i was having a party the following weekend and wanted it for then. It came to the Friday, so 6 days after ordering and was then told that it would be 3 weeks! Despite saying ONE IN STOCK!! I have felt very let down and somewhat conned! Will never use them again

The BBQ I ordered was delivered very fast and the delivery guy was very helpful, the damaged door was also replaced fast, so why the 2 star review? Well I ordered a cover for the BBQ at the same time and it was not delivered. When I rang up to chase this I was told there wee none in stock and it would be NEXT YEAR before they were back in stock! I now have a BBQ which was expensive sat under a plastic sheet and can't buy a cover The attitude of Keengardner was very off hand and they were not interested in trying to get one. I bought £3000 of garden furniture the week after from another site and all perfect. They should be called "NOTkeengardener"

Dear Peter, We are very sorry we were unable to supply the cover for the barbecue, unfortunately we did try getting hold of more covers as mentioned to you on the phone to fulfil your order but unfortunately Campingaz have none in stock until the new year so we were unable supply an official Campingaz cover, your cover was immediately refunded. Covers for this barbecue are readily available online from other retailers which have some residual stock from orders they received earlier in the year. Item received was damaged. I asked the delivery man to wait so I could take a look at the item, but he said it was wrapped very thoroughly and therefore could not be damaged. Then he left. Having unpacked the item this weekend I found there to be a big dent in the lid of the bbq that I bought which also is on the inside of the lid where the protective coating has come off.

No news on delivery for over a week from point of ordering. Order missing items and no note to say they were missing. Item faulty and advised to speak to manufacturer direct rather than assist with problem. Not great service when paying over £1500 for a BBQ. Would not recommend to friends and family.

Dear Toby, The item you ordered which has a delay was marked as an extended delivery time both on the paperwork sent with your order and the website at the time of ordering. The couriers advised they were unsuccessfull trying to book the delivery in on your contact number twice, unfortunately they will not attempt delivery without first speaking to you. Upon notifying us of a sticky control knob on your barbecue we requested the serial number so we can get this resolved for you promptly and our last correspondence with you we advised where to locate it so we could get this resolved for you, you were concerned about timeframes as you were going away so we did advise if you wanted to speed things up a bit you can chat directly with the manufacturer. Your response to this was thanks so to receive your negative review was a surprise to us and we are sorry that you feel this way. Hi Mike, I have just checked and we have delivered your order within the time outlined on our website which is stated as Delivered in 5 - 7 working days! It was impossible to fit the tubes and plastic joints together by hand! Eventually we resorted to using a hammer to make the pieces fit together. The whole process took several hours. However, after the incredibly difficult assembly the shelving is superb!

Ordered solar lights on 2/9.Received an email on the 3/9 informing me there would be a delay of 4 or 5 days in delivery. Contacted the company on 19/9 asking when I should expect delivery. Received an email on 22/9 telling me they should arrive on 25/9. Not wonderful

We wanted to buy a carport kit. It appeared that it couln't be shipped to Finland. You could have told that in your internet pages, so we wouldn't have made the order in vain...

How come my feedback request turned up before my order? Perhaps you could put on your website which items you are advertising that aren't in stock. That would help manage the expectation or give the customer the option to look elsewhere for someone that does hold it.

I ordered some barbecue gas cylinders on a Wednesday and called up to make sure they had them in stock and that they could be despatched and delivered by the week-end. I was told that yes, it would be despatched the following day. The items arrived over a week later.

Had to phone you to find when to expect the delivery. Bought via Quidco and has tracked at half the amount due. Cashback claim has been raised. Having to mess about like this is off-putting.
