“Just got my z 900 back after 7500 service, great job guys, saved money on jobs that didn't need doing, refitted & secured & set some extras I put on bike at no extra cost ,friendly staff well worth the extra few miles I travelled, professional job 5 stars 👍”

“I bought a second hand Kawasaki Ninja from Kirkcaldy Kawasaki. The staff contacted me back very quickly after my first email enquiry, and were happy to walk around the bike and send pictures and a verbal report on some minor signs of wear. They arranged delivery at a good cost and serviced the bike before delivery. Overall I would say that they come across as a very professional dealership - I dealt with several different members of the team and all were friendly and inspired trust. I would be happy to recommend them.”

“Travelled to Kirkcaldy this morning to get my Versys windshield fixed, expecting to buy replacement parts. Robbie met me in the forecourt as soon as I pulled up and fixed the fault free of charge. Fantastic experience and service!”

“Just bought my third new bike from kirkcaldy kawasaki,been a customer for 9 years,always brilliant service,Ronnie dealt with my latest bike purchase and took the customer service to another level! If I could give 10 star rating I would,Ronnie wasn't pushy at all and got me a great deal on my new bike and I got a brilliant surprise when he had touring package added to the bike aswell! Nothing to much trouble,everything taken care of by Ronnie,also got my old bike picked up and new bike delivered by Ian,who also couldn't be more helpful and friendly,scott and Jim in parts,service dept also great to deal with,wouldn't go anywhere else,also mechanics helpful when I had questions about my new bike,nothing to much trouble with the team at Kirkcaldy kawasaki,and of course,Kawasaki make a brilliant bike!”

“visited 3 times .On all occasions ignored by sales staff and walked out.Not even a hello were more interested in laptops. When i asked on last visit if any 1000sx in stock was told one outside i think was the reply. JUST LEFT. Wont be back”
