"The house we rented was exactly as described, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The booking process was straightforward and all questions were answered quickly. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, especially the homemade cake which was delicious. I will definitely be booking with them in future. "

"I came across Churchill Wood - one of Kate and Tom's properties at Spetchley, near Worcester, and decided to book it as a venue to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday in October 2019. \n\nThe property was perfect for what we needed - homely and lived-in, and with everything I needed to help make the birthday a memorable one. In total, we had 14 guests, including 3 young children and everyone felt at home, and relaxed while we were there. The hot tub was great, there were ample games to keep us all amused and the beds and rooms were cosy and well-equipped.\n\nThroughout the process, the communication was timely, and clear - and Kate and Tom's team were quick in coming back and responding to queries etc.\n\nAll in all - we had an unforgettable time. It was hard to leave, and I'm sure it won't be long before we book with them again.\n\nThank you for helping us make this such a special birthday for my wife x"

“Easy to navigate website and really helpful over the phone. Great suggestions as to where we could go with the facilities we were looking for. Thanks South Downs farm was fabulous, beautifully styled and plenty of space for everyone. Pool was even warm enough for last weekend of September! Lucy is lovely and served us delicious hot scones on arrival with tea or wine!!”

“The whole experience was absolutely fantastic. The booking process was very easy and the staff were really helpful on the lead up to our stay. Louise couldn’t have been more helpful on our arrival, showing us around, offering advice on the area and keeping in touch to make sure everything was ok throughout our stay without being intrusive. The house itself is amazing, it’s huge but still feels homely. We had 21 adults and there was plenty of space. It is very well equipped and the photos really don’t do it justice. The gardens are vast and in the summer must be beautiful. The village is very quaint, we weren’t able to get in the Chequers as it was full so walked over fields to the White Horse at Ledston which we would also recommend. Lovely walk took about 30-45mins. You’ll need your wellies. We would highly recommend Northridge Hall.”

“The Oak House and Stables are beautifully positioned with so much space inside and out. Our party of 11 ranged from 3 to 80 and it really suited all of us perfectly. Everything was very clean, welcoming and of a high standard: it was like being welcomed into a friend's house. The pool was so warm and the children of all ages loved swimming outside. The Welcome pack of a cake and other lovely bits was also much appreciated.”
