“While promptness of delivery was good the fact I paid £79.99 for shoes that have a price tag on them of £39.99 I robbery!!! I'm sorry however I have little faith this will be read let alone dealt with”

“Dreadful interaction. Firstly, i wasn’t aware that click&collect in store meant that i had to wait for the goods to be delivered to the store (and not, collect them from the stock in store), and then when they arrived the wrong shoes were in the box; the box showed that the goods were on special offer FOR LESS THAN HALF what I have paid for them, AND now I have a TWO WEEK’S wait for them to be swapped out! All of this on the hottest days of the year, and I am in shoes and socks!!!”

“Happy to purchase my third pair of Mount Mid boots at price listed on Karrimor web site. Disappointed on receiving them that box had price sticker affixed showing 50% off and price reduced to £37.99! Not the way to ensure future brand loyalty.”

“We were charged £64.99 for a pair of shoes that arrived with a Sports Direct sticker on that said £32.99. I have asked for a refund of £32 and had no response. Please respond.”

“Just bought a new pair of the Weathertite/Dynagrip/Ortholite walking shoes. Have to say they are the comfiest ive ever worn from the brand, especially with suffering from high arches and i dont have to use my insoles with them. Only issue was delivery, when the courier company left them on the dividing wall and my neighbour kindly took them in till i got home.”

“Had a pair of walking boots, hardly been used, on a country walk both soles came off the boots within a mile of each other. Customer Services asked me to send them back at my cost, I have proof of them receiving them, they have lost them and will not accept liability. Karrimore / Sports Direct Customer Services are as good as their products - Absolute Rubbish”

“Karr40000068945220 The parcel arrived on time. Sierra 10 rucksack, (Boysenberry). I was surprised to find I had paid the full price plus postage, £32.98, as I thought there was a 50% sale. I was even more surprised when I found that along with the normal tag, there was a pink 50% off label attached £11.99. Not the best service Karrimor! I tried to attach photo of the labels to send, but don't have the correct format available.”

“Your product specification is not accurate. Medium size guide is around 39. But the actual size is 44. Way too big. The trend these days is slim fit, especially for running gear. You need to review your cutting.”

“I bought the Karrimor Capri xlite tights as I’ve had a couple of pairs and they are my favourite running tights. However the design has been changed. The wide waistband which was very flattering has changed, I don’t think it is as wide and the quality of elastic/Lycra doesn’t seem as sturdy, and therefore not as flattering. Also the zipped pocket in the back previously fitted my iPhone perfectly, it now just about fits my debit card! Also I purchased these at full price, which I was happy to pay as I like them that much, however when they were delivered it arrived with a tag with 50% off. Like i said I didn’t mind paying the full price but please at least have the decency to take off the tag, nothing worse than knowing I could have got 2 pairs for the price of one!”

“I feel ripped off. The socks I ordered were priced at £11.99 each but the sticker price on the products received was £5.99 and two for £9. Almost half the price. Astoundingly bad and shocking way to treat customers. Very poor indeed. Expect a refund under consumer law.”
