“Worst experience from kalki fashion online shopping from Mumbai store. I have ordered my Lehenga on 3rd March with was already paid, so that according to their policy i can get it on time but on 13th April without any prior email they have informed me that product is unavailable. So we are unavailable to deliver it. This behaviour is totally unprofessional and unapologetical, and i am never ever going to buy anything from kalki fashion and even i will tell my family and friends not to purchase anything from their website.”

“I ordered 2 items after seeing an advert. I was taken in by the variety of outfits. I received 1 item over a week late, the item is terrible quality and the other item has not arrived. I was charged for both. I have tried contacting the UK number, emailing them, WhatsApp messaging, the online chat - I even contacted them on insta, then tried to leave a comment under one of their posts asking for help (which they reported and removed). I have not had a single response. STAY AWAY from this company they're a complete scam!”

“I placed and order and in error checked the wrong size. Immediately I tried to correct through chat and email. Everyday I sent messages through both channels with no response on email at all. Chat I got one question the dummy asked for order number which was I chat already and again no response for days. I cannot correct or cancel order! Now order is being shipped due to your lack of responsiveness. The worse e-commerce shopping experience. If you do not plan to support digital market why offer it?”

“WORST customer service for online orders. My order is already 2 weeks late than expected date of delivery, even after having over 2 months to make a simple lehenga. They don't pick calls, don't give updates, don't respond, I'm unable to cancel my order, I'm completely stuck on a prepaid order and I don't know how to get my money back. Purvesh (sales assistant from Kalki) has been dodging my calls and messages for days now. Do NOT waste your money and precious time in ordering from them online”

“Awful customer service. Ordered something more than 2 months ago which was supposed to arrive yesterday. Have sent multiple messages to follow up when it will be shipped with no reply. Will never order again. If you are ordering to the US, do not use this website. The US customer service number on the website doesn’t connect to any number.”

“Paid and ordered in Jan 2024 and never received the product. It was impossible to reach any one to rectify. Tried emailing, calling (the US number was always busy, and chatting. They responded to email several times with what appeared to be a form letter asking for the order number. We provided all the numbers we had and still kept getting the same response asking for the order number. Horrible customer service.”

“The customer service when doing returns is awful!! I’ve been trying to get a return started for a product that hasn’t shipped for two hours! The projected date of arrival on the website was wrong by more than two months. The outfit would not arrive on time. I asked for a return through email, and chat. It’s been two hours of chatting and I still do not have a full refund confirmed.”

“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! If there is any chance that you might.. MIGHT need to return an item then do no buy anything from them. They will accept the returned item but will NEVER give your credit back. Their customer team only responds to you until you send the items back to them but once that is completed.. you will NOT see you money back.”

“As a once loyal customer of Kalki Fashion, my recent experience has turned from trust to dismay, compelling me to voice my concerns publicly. My journey with Kalki began with several satisfactory purchases in the USA, which built my confidence in their offerings. This confidence led me to place an order for a saree worth Rs. 22,000 ( $280) while visiting India, expecting the same quality and service. Unfortunately, the reality was starkly different and has left me with a tale of caution for potential customers. The saree I received immediately showed signs of poor craftsmanship, with sequins falling off before it could even be worn. Acting responsibly, I returned the saree in its original, unworn condition. Contrary to my actions, I was accused of returning a damaged product—a hole they claimed appeared under my care, which was patently untrue. The subsequent months have been a carousel of frustration, with my attempts to secure a refund met with unwarranted delays and evasion. The nadir of my experience was the shocking level of customer service—or the lack thereof. A conversation meant for resolution turned into a confrontation, with a representative not only dismissing my concerns but escalating to yelling, a behavior both unprofessional and disrespectful. This experience is not just about a failed product or a refund; it’s a stark warning about the degradation of Kalki’s quality and their disregard for customer satisfaction and respect. The disparity between my past experiences in the USA and this ordeal in India is not only disappointing but alarming. To potential customers, consider this a cautionary tale. The values of quality, respect, and customer service are the bedrock of trust between a business and its customers. When these values are not upheld, it’s not just the product that’s flawed, but the very fabric of the business relationship. I hoped for a resolution that would restore my faith in Kalki, yet I am left with a resolve to share my story, so others may tread carefully in their dealings with a store that I once held in high regard.”

“I ordered two outfits, both with customized fittings (total worth of around 500 euros!). I provided them with all detailed measurements necessary for the alterations. My order was delivered 10th October 2023. Unfortunately, the measurements of the outfits were incorrect. I contacted Kalki fashion several times for two weeks long. Every time I received the same answer, which is I need to wait 24 hours and that they will contact me with a proposed solution (please see attached pictures, which are only a few examples of our conversation, but it was always the same thing, i.e. 24 hours wait). Now, today, 25th October 2023, I reached out to them again. This time, no reply via Whatsapp, Website chat, email or phone. They completely ignore me. This is really outrageaous and really is the definition of consumer unfriendliness. I do not recommend Kalki, -10 out of 10. They are friendly when they want to sell anything, but once there is a problem, they disappear from earth.”

“Thanks for all your help Niki. I have to tell you that the Kalki website is so user friendly and easy to use. We had also looked at other online websites for the wedding outfits but none have the breakdown on search criteria and video zoom views as Kalki. Also, the outfits sorted by event and clothing categories has made our search and final decisions so much easier and faster. Both the girls liked the modern and elegant styles at Kalki compared to other online portals - this made it easy for us to finalize the outfits for Heena:) Sia almost done too - will call you this weekend :) & would like to place the orders by end of this month.”

“I ordered one wedding gown for my engagement and I received the gown 2 days before my engagement which was late. Also, the fitting of the gown was so lose that I didn't have time to get it altered. I managed somehow though. This is the case when they took each and every detail of my fitting. This was so pathetic. Secondly, I ordered a Saree with blouse and received a Saree which was used. It was not fresh. They shared the footage of the Saree packing but what I received was not the same, it was little different. Also, when I raised the concern they denied to take the blouse back and after some time they denied to take the Saree back as well. So I spent almost Rs.23000 on both the orders and both the orders are useless for me and they have denied to take the orders back even it was mentioned that that orders are returnable. These guys are just making money with sending wrong orders. Pathetic service and ridiculous customer service.”

“I have ordered from Kalki on 3 occasions & each time something was wrong with the outfit. Each time i emailed/called them there was NO RESPONSE back from them. The last outfit ordered (March 2023) stated on the website it had cups inserted in the outfit as the back was sheer. However, when received there were NO CUPS in the outfits as claimed. After emailing them & calling them a number of times, to date - JUNE 2023 i still have nOT HEARD FROM ANYONE IN KALKI!!!!!!! I won't be ordering anymore items from this pathetic, unprofressional, & untruthful site !!!!!!”

“Such a poor customer service. I ordered 1 Lehenga set from their website. Due to poor fit, fabric and quality of the product and the bottom of the lehenga kind of damaged. Due to all this reasons, I asked them to create the return request. They picked up the return product but I have not received my refund amount so far despite many follow-ups.”

“Avoid like plague AVOID KALKI!! The e-commerce is extremely poor of this store, items out of stock are still shown available online. After the payment is made, you then receive OUT OF STOCK notification. The money will not get refunded and you are left with no choice but to buy something else which will they claim will take 30 days to make. My 30 days of waiting time is over, and soon will be the wedding and I will not have my outfit in time. STAY AWAY!!!!”
