“Very bad service they have. Staff aren't polite at all. While selling they provide very good service after products sold they ask who are you?? Had you bought by kalki ?? Who was your sale person?? That meant kalki is not brand. That's such bad thing about kalki.Even the master takeing measurement dont know how to take it. Quality of Metal hooks n chain got junk within a year. Evey bad stuff & Quality.”

“Item never delivered and no sign of refund. Customer service has a standard response, "Sorry for your experience, we are looking into it" The USA contact phone number does not work and now my only option is to take it up with my credit card company.”

“Horrible horrible saree!!! Cheap quality and very bad embroidery work. Everything about the saree was wrong. Such a scam.will attach pics. See for yourself. Save yourself the pain and money and don’t order from these frauds.”

“Your products don’t even deserve one star. I bought 2 salwar suits. One was teal green anarkali suit and second was straigh fitting pink suit. I placed the order on 6/09/2021. I received a whatsapp text by Nazia that she was looking after the order. So i gave her the height of my wife 5ft 3inches and also specified that the suit was meant to be size US0 as per your size guide. We received the first anarkali suit on the 14/10/2021. The lenght of the suit itself was about 3 inches long. The pantas was very wide and was over 6inches long, hands were very wide and was made for some with very fat arms maybe around size US 6. The waist was 30 inches instead of 27inches. So i straight away sent phoyos and a complaint message to Nazia via whatsapp. But all i get is excuses that the designer has left some space for adjustments. So whats the point of having your size guide. Why did you ask for the height of the person who ordered the kurta. Very unprofessional, frustrating and unhelpful. Now i have to spend another $120 to have this stupid suit altered. Also todays date is 27/10/2021 and i still haven’t received the secong pink coloured suit. God know what issues that will have. I am not happy with ur service and would never recommend or buy from you in future. Below are the details of my order. “1. FALSE ADVERTISING: Outfit is completely different to the image - it was 167 Australian dollars equivalent to 9500(+) rupees and it was very sad to see that the quality I got was so so poor and the outfit did not match the pictures at all 2. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: I complained and I am getting very delayed responses, with no chances of resolution in sight. They are not taking care of their own mistakes. Sad to see a company with so much publicity and advertising on social media not taking care of their own reputation in front of customers. When I followed up on the complaint via WhatsApp they responded back saying “we see that you have disputed this with PayPal”… yes obviously I would, you’ve ripped me off of my money. Please be careful guys, don’t buy from them.”

“Don’t waste your money, basically it’s a scam, they buy cheap $5 items on eBay and sell them to you at $50 pretending it’s high end. Quality is poor, customer service is terrible, sizes are not accurate, and when you ask for a replacement they want to charge you $100, don’t waste your time and money on them. There are plenty of online reviews about them, we should have read them before ordering, disappointed to loose hard earned money on such a scam !”

“I paid $163 for the below necklace, it does not look like the one they showed on their website. Total dissapointment. Also I noticed that there is no brand indication on the package that it is made by "paisleypop". It looks like a counterfeit product and total waste of my money. On top of that I have to spend $40 dollars to send it back. And they don't even have refund policy (only store credit). As if I am going to buy something again from this fraudulent company. Buyers beware! It is easy to get tempted by seeing their fraudulent photos. It was my mistake to buy from them even after seeing the reviews on this site. Very expensive mistake.”

“I ordered from kalki and from the starting the order was a miss. They send the wrong sizes I ordered according to the size chart and inch measurements but they sent me sizes 10 inches shorter. It took forever to explain their team the issue and I had to repeat myself 10-15 times! They gave me stupid options like please go to your local tailor and get a brand new kurti fixed (it shouldn’t be ripped in the first place!). After the returns processing taking 2 months they finally agreed to return my money but then made an excuse saying the bank is blocking my return back. They basically kept arguing and saying they can’t do anything or return my money. I STILL haven’t gotten my money back. I have never had this issue anywhere. Kalki is a thief house not a fashion house!!”

“They sent me a smaller size, when i complained they promised that they will exchange it with additional $20 charges. When i returned it they informed that my size dress is not available and they will refund me the entire cost. But while refunding they deducted $20 for nothing. This is a FRAUD and the owners are big time cheat!”
