“Simon & Jamie contacted us to say they were on there way and would be arriving within 30 minutes. They arrived and set to work removing the old dishwasher without delay, they then proceeded to fit the new one and test it. They fitted all the trim and tidied after. A job well done by Simon and Jamie.”

“Today (Wednesday 7th September) I had a new NEFF hob installed in a very old kitchen. The old hob had been installed 20 years ago or some. Consequently the electricity supply did not conform with current building regs. and the very old units were a bit treacherous. It was touch & go if the installation team would proceed. It turned out to be a really tricky replacement installation. BUT they did thanks to the ingenuity of installation leader Matt with his colleague Nathan. They were fantastic. They were on time and faultlessly professional & 'polite'. An old fashioned thing that whose power is underestimated. And they installed the new hob perfectly. And I am thrilled to have a new hob that works after several years of two failed burners. And I am so grateful to Matt & Nathan for persevering. Victoria Clapham Junction”

“What Jamie and Simon had to do to achieve successful removal and installation I am frankly amazed. Great workers Very professional and at the same time kind and supportive. It’s a horrid muggy day here and just staying still is hot so these chaps sooo deserve a rest and cool drink…but they will be on to the next job soon. I am grateful for everything they have done to get me a working fridge again. Thank you”

“On the day of delivery after being informed 1hour before Tony & Albert went over and beyond their remit, to remove old and install new Miele appliances. A difficult job involving upstairs installations in two houses, of very heavy washing machines and tumble dryers climbing spiral staircases. Very grateful for your hard work. They then went on to other deliveries. A job well done guys, thankyou . Linda Lacey”

“I had my old cooker removed and the new one delivered and installed. Micah and Cody were just great. Good communcation, very polite and pleasant and they worked so fast! All packaging was removed before even coming up the path so I had nothing at all to clear up. They have no trouble navigating through my house when other delivery companies have made a song and dance out of that. Micah even helped out with a slight problem before he lift, which he didn't have to do. I can't reccomend this service highly enough.”

“Joe W and Jamie were both friendly and professional, they phoned an hour before to confirm delivery time, arrived as arranged and set to work. They removed the old cooker and installed the new dual fuel cooker with the minimum of fuss. The two men removed all the packaging and ensured that I knew how to operate the appliance.”
