“Recently, there has been a notable increase in the frequency of delays, which is having a detrimental impact on operational efficiency. Hi Evelyn, we'll always do our best to deliver your money to your loved ones as quickly as possible. Transfers below Php 50,000 are usually delivered within an hour. However, larger transfers take longer, as sometimes we need to conduct additional checks or banks may take longer to process. “I sent the money and to ask few questions but no one was available. I even tried to call the calling card that I have but still no response . I’m not sure if it’s to be trusted.”

“I have given it a 2 star purely for the confusion of requirements and the length of time it takes to set up. One person says yes that’s everything another person says we need more requirements. It was so frustrating to the point that we almost gave up. I just hope that sending money in future with them will not be as frustrating. Only time will tell.”

“I have been a kabayan Remit customer since 2018 it was asenso remit then. What I observed this far is the app gets slower and slower compared to when I started. Now when you open the app the rate pops-up taking time. Unlike before, boom right there.”

“I always encounter problem cash collection at Palawan.The reference number is not in the system even if you go to different places they will tell the samething.It is not a smooth sailing transaction.”

“Very Expensive. Old fashion. For a £50.00 you charge me £4.99. It’s just absurd. I just haven’t found another remittance app to send money but when I do I will definitely move.”

“I normally don't have any problem with Kabayan Remit until recently when my transactions were declined and needed supporting documents. It's fine by me if I was emailed about them real time. It was a waste of time and energy. Also, the chat support would take ages before an agent would reply.”

“Waiting time is long to issue the receipt. Furthermore, the exchange rate is too slow for a change even the exchange rate at the markets is high , so I expect a higher rate to proceed with the transaction. Unlike the Asenso Remit , they keep changing the exchange rate several times a day to reflect the market.”

“Compared to Asenso Remit that I'm using before they merge to kabayan remit, the transaction is much faster after I paid few minute I will receive the receipt but here on kabayan I have paid already and then they will send me message to remind me about the payment while I've already paid. I have to wait I think 30 minutes before I will receive the receipt.”
