I’ve been waiting for the reference number.. it’s been 16 hours. I haven’t received anything yet.. I will NEVER recommend this app!!!😡😡

Everything went wrong every time I try to send money. I have used Asenso Remit for many years without problems, but now with kabayan I will never send again. I will find another remit co. This new system is ridiculous.

between my bank and you i have been messing around for along time. approve payment and you say something went wrong try again later, i have with the same results when are you going to learn its people you are dealing with not bloody computers

You know what, I am trying to asked help cause my account is screwed up and no body contact and also how come my account is on face book and my credentials is wrong, then my location is British country??? Somebody could contact me?

Fund transfer remit is slow-moving. It took 5 hours waiting for the funds. I try to message kabayan remit via messenger but no response at all.

However, as a Money Service Business (MSB) regulated by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), we are legally required to check our customers' documents from time to time. No one is answering the call and no available agent. How can I resolve the situation during the time I sent the money and there is a mistake? I will not recommend you but instead I will tell the people how bad your service is.

It took long time to verified my account. After I give my driving license and my bank statement to open account I made my first transfer just to get email that I need to send my bank statement again as I wanted to send 4.000£ So I did. Unfortunately they can’t see any salary on my statement so they declined to send money. I currently moved country and I’m self employed. I have big amount of saving on my account too. It so disappointing as so many of my friend used their service and nobody ever been ask for any ID or bank statement.

Very complicated to ask the document and even the security reason details details they will ask when it’s big amount even we provide the bank statement where the money come from. You can’t screen shot your mobile bank for security reason coz even the bank here in the United Kingdom will never ever ask coz they knew that the costumer private detail and nobody can see it.
