“It tooks 8 weeks to deliver a standard Ping serie with no pro-active information despite 4 mails . Terrible service quality. Will never order again.”

“To ALL people who are waiting for a refund, i suggest the next. If you bought with a credit card, please inform the organisation with whom you did the financial transfer, e.g. VIsa, Amex, paypall a.o. They will take your case as serious and they will file a financial claim for the refund. The result of the reimbursement is very high. In other cases, i would recommend that you inform the staff of this company that you will file a claim and share it with the Public Prosecutor of the town where this company is based. Most of the time it's working. Good luck and keep us posted! Hugues”

“I ordered items that after 3 months didn't arrive. Asked for refund but they refunded me partially and every time I ask for complete refund they find excuses that they don't receive my emails.. I sent proofs but only excuses. It's the first time in my life. Do they thinks customers are stupid ? BE AWARE”

“Stay away from this shop. Impostors? I ordered shoes. It took 3 month after 10 to 20 mails to tell me that they can not deliver. Now I am waiting for my refund another 2 weeks. I gave them my paypal account. Nothing happens. Terrible shop. Never again. Stay away!!!!”

“23/07/2019: Order done and confirmed . 28/07/2019: justhopok missed the size! I ask the refund . First mail. Second mail. Third mail. With replies at each time: "I will put you through to processing a refund. I do appologse (.....!)the only availability is the wide" 19/08/2019 I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND TO BE ACTIONED”

“Thank God for Paypal buyer protection... After canceling a order before it shipped out customer service peomised me a refund. And after that.... nothing... No refund, No reply to numerous e-mails... only after opening a Paypal complaint there was a reaction that they would return my money. Never again!!”

“If I could leave a zero rating about this company, I would. I feel so strongly about how amazingly poor they are when resolving an issue. I ordered a putter over nearly 3 weeks ago; 5 days later they reply saying it's going to be 2/3 months. Fair enough but I ask for a refund - around 9 emails later and 2 weeks and I'm still waiting to get my money back. I'm convinced they are making me wait because I had the audacity to ask for a quick refund so that I could get from another seller. I'm now logging a formal complaint with them, via my credit card company and contacting Trading Standards - AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS THIS COMPANY IS APPALLING.”

“Ne surtout pas commander sur ce site ! Commande effectuée début novembre 2018. JustShopok s'est engagé à livrer le produit avant Noel. Commande annulée le 21 décembre car dans l'impossibilité de respecter les délais. Remboursement annoncé sous 2 à 4 semaines ! Je viens de recevoir un mail précisant une prolongation de 2 à 4 semaines pour le remboursement ! Le comble : aucune excuse pour les désagréments occasionnés !”
