“I purchased ABC tour from justadventurenepal company as a birthday present starting on 24/03/2019. Nothing went as planned. Before the trip I received an email from Muchhetra that ABC treck is dangerous and there is no accommodation operating but I still wanted to go. When I arrived to Kathmandu I was greeted by Nabin who was my guide and I was transferred to my lovely M Hotel in the heart of Thamel. After lovely day in Kathmandu I supposed to flight to Pokhara to start my treck but the flight was cancelled because of weather. I was worried that I will be stuck in Kathmandu but Muchhetra calmed me down, checked the weather forecast and rang several time airport and was informing me about situation. Eventually I arrived to Pokhara and Muchhetra and my guide Chandra were waiting for me on arrival. I was hiking for 5 days but I had to change my plans because of weather and Muchhetra immediately organised everything to fulfil my days. He organised Pokhara sightseeing and found very nice hotel Koruna in very good location in Pokhara, then organised 2nights/3days in Chitwan National Park and next 2 days in the same M Hotel in Kathmandu. Murchhetra was all the time on the other end of the line and I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to have great adventure, feel safe and get fantastic service. I was looked after with care and kindness. This trip is very well priced - very good value for money. I am already thinking to purchase another trip with this wonderful company.”
“I live local to their office in Aldershot and popped in a few months ago to see if they could arrange some trekking for 3 of us on a planned Nepal trip. What a great decision that was! We are just back this week from Nepal. I can't praise Mutchetra and justadventurenepal enough. He and his team really looked after the three of us. From the start with a warm welcome at the Airport he kept in touch with us throughout our stay. Nice first couple of days in KTM with a guide and driver provided. When the weather at Lukla Airport twice scuppered our plans for a Gokyo Lakes trek, he came up trumps at a moments notice and arranged porter, guide and transport to Langtang (our alternative choice) the following morning. Again, whilst on that trek we decided to stay a few days longer as we were having such a great time which didn't phase him at all. When back in KTM, our refunds for the Lukla flights were waiting and all additional trekking days and extra hotel days were covered. Top service! I am glad I popped into the shop that day, glad I used them and really happy to recommend them. If I am lucky enough to get another trip out to Nepal I will definitely be using them again.
