Dear Christopher, We're disappointed to read your review. As discussed your door is as described and as per the specification on your order. The reason for your complaint to us was around your inability to fix a glass balcony to the frame and you'll be aware from our correspondence that at no stage did we advise you on the balcony, which is a third party product not purchased from us. I'm pleased that your door has been fitted and operates perfectly, we remain ready to assist you in future with regards to the door we supplied should this be necessary. “Ordered easily online, straightforward options on thier web site. Once ordered it arrived within the time frame given to us. It looks brilliant and there's not another one like in around us. We're going to use double sided tape and not screws for the house number as we didn't want to spoil the door. If you're in need of a new door, or just want a change, get it from Just Value Doors. They can't be beaten for value and quality.”

Definitely got that WOW factor and so easy to place the order . “Really simple, smooth easy process and I’ve managed to get the exact door I wanted at a fraction of the cost. Lovely delivery driver brought it. Sadly the door itself is quite cheap and nasty and I’m 99% sure I will get burgled through this door. It will have to do till I can save up and buy another one.”
