If you were more transparent with customers they would actually realize its almost impossible to be 100% covered. Only by committing the call handler did i find this out and then decided to just have a very basic cover.Very clever how this is done but not at all fair or ethical practice. Please listen to my recorded calls and please be so kind to email me a transcript as i would like to make a formal complaint so need to file all correspondence. Kind Regards Charles Henry

Insurance for Medical cover required . Holiday cancelled no notice when at the boarding gate. Flight not rescheduled by Ryanair had to find alternative flights . Two days Holiday lost and expenses occurred due to travel to and from Airport . As I didn't know what a travel dispute was I didn't tick the box as an add on to what I thought would covet cancelled flights. That's not a dispute its s fact. Ryanair cancelled the flight and we were NOT informed until stood waiting to board the plane at the gate...Disgrace...AVOID.this company

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking time to leave us feedback and I am sorry to hear that your flight was cancelled by Ryanair. As the loss of days on your holiday was caused by Ryanair cancelling your flight, you may be able to seek compensation from them as you did not receive warning prior to checking in. We provide an optional add on for travel dispute cover at an extra cost however unfortunately, this was not purchased by you. It was terrible,,I had just travel for a few years,,,They tried to charge me for the same thing twice ,,Scarred lungs first ttime took my payment,,They then charged me double for Pulmonary Fibroses,,,the same thing I am waiting for the over £500 00 to be refunded,,,NEVER AGAIN would I get them.

I’m having a very frustrating experience making a claim with RightPath, your claims managers, for a holiday cancelled for medical reasons. I keep being asked for more documents, and for documents I’ve already provided, even when it is a simple claim and overwhelmingly clear that it is valid. It has become very tedious and irritating. I will look elsewhere next time unless it is resolved without more hassle. Claim Ref is Z193361.

Provide a quote that is increased at point of paynent. Customer service agents who have no interest in putting this right and happy to lose business. Suits me cheaper found elsewhere and the quoted price remained the same.

I have reviewed the details and can see that there was an error with the discount code applied and this hasnt deducted the appropriate premium. I have called twice now to raise a claim for missed flight. Both times told I would be contacted regarding the claim. No contact made and in phoning to chase told no record of my call! Very frustrating

Well I have used this company a couple of times in the past and found them to be very competitive and straight forward with questions and health issues. Personally I have minor health issues but some companies just go over the top pricing for the problems I have but Just Travel Insurance take a fair view with this. Although my travel days are getting less because of age etc. I would certainly ask for a quote when the need arises and would recommend them.

The new system of retrieving documents is extremely annoying and inefficient. I cannot get mine despite knowing my password. Your page will not accept my D.O.B-it doesn't seem to be 'live'. Please see what you can do.

Policy sent email could not open as email addres not recognised. 8 days for paper policy to arrive. 1 small clarification required and verified by email. Could not open this for same reason. Therefore went on holiday without full policy. Not impressed.

I can see that your policy was updated on 4th June prior to you travelling on 5th June. The amendment was added to your online account to allow you to log in and view the details. I can assure you that even if you did not receive this by email, you were still fully covered as the policy was updated prior to travel. We contacted you three times,by telephone, asking you to send us a hard copy of the documentation We have lost use of our printer. Three times the operator promised to send a paper copy, that day. We still not received any communication. David W Bateman

I have received nothing from you, neither on paper nor on the internet. I did not even know whether or not I was covered. Did you take £69 from my account? if so, it was money ill-spent. I will check and if you have I will complain to the Insurance Ombudsman.
