Not really happy with my products tbh. There was no ingredient information available, so I found them elsewhere, however ingredients are being missed off the list in nearly all Shea Moisture products. My family are allergic to 1 of the ingredients too, so they cannot be used anymore. Justmylook delivered my products promptly though.

Bought three items from this store. One being curling tongs. I returned the item after opening as I realised the barrel was too large but after sending back I was told because I had undone the wire ( apparently it’s a security tag) that it was classed as used. Although they had not been used at all. I totally understand why they cannot class the item as not used but maybe they need to use a different method of security tag rather than a simple wire twist. I won’t be ordering from them again just because if I do buy something that may or may not be fit for purpose the likelihood is that I won’t be refunded. So be warned when opening an item that is electronic (as it states in the terms and conditions) not refundable if opened ,it literally means don’t even touch the item unless you are happy to keep them regardless. I’m now stuck with a set of curling tongs I can’t use.

Purchased Azzaro Wanted & hugo boss night, Delivery was quick however the product didn't seem right, I compared the smells with the ones I had already and noticed quickly that these ones are not strong enough and does not last long, will not purchase from this site agian

I had to contact Just my Look twice to enquire about my order and did not ever receive an email notification that my order was dispatched. It took much longer than expected for my goods to arrive but they were well packaged and the items were good value but customer service lets them down.

I ordered a cream blusher and an eyebrow mascara. They arrived quicker than expected and I was very pleased with the price. However, the mascara was very dry and the blusher did not blend into my skin. It may be because I’ve got 70 year old skin but it has confirmed to me that you get what you pay for.

Just delivery problem very bad for delivery should make sure send faster than tell consumers i was ordered items said 2 3 days delivery but I get after 5 days or more i pay fir next day delivery after 3 days coming

I didn't receive my goods. The Post office said they delivered to me but the photograph that they took is not my house. I have tried to explain this to Justmylook and they don't want to know. They just say that the PO have said it's been delivered and that is that. I have contacted my credit card company that I paid with and hopefully they can sort. Just my look 3/10. Sorry but your not a good company to deal with. No telephone number to speak to someone either.

Cory at customer services was less than helpful. I explained that one of my bottles of foundation had arrived with the seal broken and he basically responded twice that I was incorrect. These responses took a few days to receive (this is not an option stated below).

Disappointed with my purchase. The shampoo top is cracked and broken. I have emailed customer services but no reply. The top will not last very long in the state it is in. Both items were packed very well do it was obviously damaged before it was sent. I need action.

I sent for 1000ml shampoo and conditioner which came with pumps the pumps didn't fit and its been a nightmare trying to sort it to then get a answer from them saying the manifacter had change the bottles so they won't fit why sell them with the duo set if they don't fit I still haven't resolved the problem as they haven't offered to send new ones that would fit.
