“Worst customer service I’ve ever received!! Royal Mail left my parcel outside, behind a vehicle that wasn’t even mine. I am now £200 down as my parcel was not there when I returned home. Hardly surprising as I have an open driveway and live on a major bus route, with the bus stop right opposite. I have contacted justmylook countless times to be told the same line over and over again “The item was left in your safe place so there is nothing we can do. I do NOT have a safe place, for the reasons mentioned above! I never give permission for my parcels to be left, and didn’t on this occasion either! Will now started a charge back with my bank and definitely won’t ever purchase from them again!”

“I was missing items from my order and nothing has been done about it. I sent an email and the wait time is honestly ridiculous. I’ve never known such poor service. They clearly are just in it for the money and not the customer experience as they have just took my money without giving me the product I ordered!!”

“The worst experience I have had to endure by any company. I ordered items which I never received only to be told that I will not receive a refund or a re order! I was told Royal Mail had advised of delivery. Royal Mail delivery never delivered to me as I was not home and instead dumped my items in full view for anyone to take. Justmylook took weeks to respond to my many emails and have said they will investigate over 4-6weeks!! Definitely not using this company again!!!”

Hello, As your order is marked as delivered, we have raised a case with Royal Mail, who will investigate your parcels journey throughout their mailing system, cross-referencing with GPS tracking, and interviewing staff who handled your parcel. This process and relay of the outcome of this investigation can take up to 2-3 weeks, during which we are unfortunately unable to issue a replacement/refund as your order is currently flagged as delivered successfully by Royal Mail. We will provide an update when we hear from Royal Mail, and can act accordingly based on the outcome. “Worse company ever. I would not recommend them at all. I can see many good reviews from people for them but I assume that's when everything has gone right with their order. God forbid you have an issue and you have to deal with these jokers than good luck getting it resolved. I've had to go through PayPal to get resolved/money back”

“Will no longer use this service as it is unreliable. It does seem as though your staff are getting freebies and not sending out all items but using excessive packaging ie 3 metres for a mascara and body scrub so that it can leave out the more expensive item for themselves. I cannot think of any other reason for not receiving all my items when the packaging was fully intact and not damaged.”
