My order came and one of the containers of hair product had broken and spilt. I immediately took photos and emailed this information. I did get a reply asking for the photos which I sent. I then heard nothing and had to chase it up. I was offered a replacement but still not heard or received anything.

My items arrived damaged and broken. I sent several emails over a week requesting someone to contact me, with no response. I tried calling several times with no answer. Last resort I contacted them through Instagram. Eventually they contacted me and asked me to return them and they will refund or replace them or they could just send me a discount code. Sent them back awaiting replacement. Poor customer service.

Good products at reasonable prices but poor customer service. Olaplex came damaged (split bottle) and lost over half its contents due to leaking, no response to 2 queries regarding replacement submitted by the web form submission. Once able to talk to someone via live chat, they will only offer 10% off a future order, to receive a refund or replacement I was told I would have to send the item back in the post despite sending images of the very evident damage, which was in no condition to send in the post.

Slow delivery, tracking number not working and customer service didn’t respond until it was too late anyway. Offered a refund when finally arrived but have to pay postage myself. A waste of time and a faff getting a replacement gift I wasn’t sure I’d need.

My parcel went to the wrong address due to a Google Pay error. Obviously the address bit was my issue, but I couldn't cancel the order, no-one answered the phone, there's no live chat and my email wasn't answered for over 2 days, by which time the order had been despatched. They're ok if you want to buy something but don't expect any customer service. Won't be buying from them again.

Products arrived when they said they would, as described and a brilliant price, however the amount of plastic packaging was outrageous. The product was complete non breakable and comes in it's own cardboard, no plastic was needed. For this reason I will not be ordering from you again

I received a faulty canister of hairspray and was told by the Royal Mail to dispose of it in case it exploded and to contact just my look for a refund , I did this and was told by customer services that I couldn’t have a refund as I had disposed of it , not happy at all

Took multiple emails over a few days after my parcel was late, then after a few responses they finally agreed to track my parcel to find that Royal Mail never sent it. Was helpful in the end but I won’t be using the website again. Took nearly 3 weeks to get my refund
